Great faculty, lovey seniors, very exciting events.

Dislikes

Campus is kind of on the smaller side and not much to do.
You have to wear uniforms on exam days must.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Appropriate experiments, excursions, lab activities, workshops, etc. are conducted for the students to learn about the subject. The syllabus is taken good care of by the teachers with revision on the topics. Exams are conducted very often including each of 4 continuous assessments every month followed by practical exams and the theory semester exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to join as the recent statements of the placement record are good the average placement is 7 Lpa and the highest placement is 45 Lpa This placement record makes this college one of the top private engineering college in west Bengal. The curriculum prepares you for real-world application or further academic pursuits which make you ready for industrial. suggestion the areas for improvement in the course curriculum is to remove the unwanted subjects that are not used in the practical engineering subject they should implement the subject-oriented this makes the students grow in a high manner in the field of practical knowledge. the frequency and the timing of exams is odd Semester is one time around 6 months but in even semester the exam is conducted in three to four months which should be improved by the exam cell management team.The exams are not so easy not so hard like paper difficulty level is medium. Personally i like the electronics stream.and my future planning is i want to give the GATE exam for M.TECH course.the syllabus is not much similar than the GATE exam..so i suggest the MAKAUT to compare the syllabus with gate exam.the difficulty level is very hard to complete the syllabus

exams are conducted just after a holiday whch can affect outside state students.
language barrier is there for non native of WB as teachers might start teaching in bengali.

data science is a growing field of cs so that's what i chose based on wbjee rank. labs prepare you well enough as they are compulsory and are conducted reguarly. college should include in demand industry tools in syllabus so that can help students have better oppurtunities. 4 CA's, PCA's, then end sem practical and theory exams per semester

First of all the course fees I very nominal as compared to other private colleges in the India.
The teacher of this college mainy my branch ( EE) are having good educational qualification do and the lab classes are also well quipped

Dislikes

The college area is too small. Ground of this college is also too small. The infrastructure is also not maintained too much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of this college is decent not very good. As it is affiliated with MAKAUT college the curriculum is followed by Makaut. It is not very practical oriented and it is more of theoretical knowledge the curriculum is also very old. Subjects which are not relevant nowadays are also included which is of no use. It Should include new subjects which are relevant nowadays

College fests are really good, variety of fests including tech and cultural. Famous artists perform in our fest anakhronos
There is a football ground in our college, we sometimes play there in free time

Dislikes

College management is very careless, they just want fees and won't listen to student problems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course is designed by tcs and in some aspects I would say it really is better but still not much different from the old Makaut syllabus. One thing I wanted was that there should be more project based subjects in cs from 1st year, not just theory

It's management is really good and cooperative. The faculty is excellent as well.They will help you through every aspect of college to be honest.
Fee structure is also reasonable. It is affordable for common people

Dislikes

It takes time to reach there the distance is quite more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have 4 internals and two practical exams before the final sem exams. They are placed at an interval of around 3 weeks so as to help us. My course helps me to work in the hardware field of the electronics. They also teach you extra stuff for the outer world and there are specially assigned placement classes that prepare you for the HR rounds and all.

Classes are very good , teacher are very cooperative

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is new in our college that's why I'm very curious to know about this department . It's helps to know about both the electronic terms and also for computer science this is very helpful for me to know about both topics.it prepare very well for real world application because it's teaches both about hardware and software. I suggest to do 70/30 ratio of the syllabus teach 70 percent software and 30 percent hardware.

The most liked things in my college is cultural fest and tech event which happen regularly.
Here faculties are very familier with students and help them in every possible ways.

Dislikes

College is good but there is small campus ,it doesnot like iit or nit.
Minmimu 75% attendance criteria is needed. if you not accept this ,u cannot seat in final examination

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of techno main salt lake is affiliated with maulana abdul kalam azad university. the exam pattern i am explaining- here 4 ca exam is conducted to internal exam. like ca1,ca2,ca3,ca4. each of them consist of 25 marks out of which average of greatest two is taken and for practical exams 2 pca exams is conducted and one of the greatest is taken. and rest theory exam is taken in semester in this way i considered this college for my btech in computer science and engineering.
