Course Description

Candidates who wish to apply to any of the UG & PG programmes by NERIM Group of Institutions, Guwahati must visit the official website to complete the application process online. Check here

However, candidates will have to appear in entrance exams before registering themselves for admissions in the institute. Applications for the course can be submitted through either an online or an offline mode.

Click on Admissions Tab and select “How to Apply”.
Click on either Download Application form or “Click Here to Apply”.
Duly fill in the necessary details and upload the recent signature and image.
Candidate need to upload the recent passport size photograph and signature with dimension of 100*100
Applicants will have to make a payment as a Demand Draft in favour of NERIM, payable at
After filling the form, submit the fees of INR 750/- by online mode
The next step is to send the soft copies of marksheets, certificates & payment receipt.

Demand Draft
Print out of application form
Self-attested copy of 10th, 12th and graduation marksheets and certificates
2 passport size photographs
Documents to be produced at the time of Interview (With Original):
Mark sheet of last qualifying examination
Age proof certificate
Character Certificate from institute last attended
Caste certificate
Students passing the qualifying examination earlier than the current year will have to submit a Court Affidavit.

Eligibility Criteria

A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) in Arts /Science/Commerce of theAssam Higher Secondary Education Council or any other equivalent Examination recognized as such by the University scoring an aggregate of 45% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects in HS (PassMarks), is eligible to apply for admission into the 3 year BCA Course.

My overall experience with NERIM Group of Institutions purauing BCA

The placements that are held in the college for bachelor degree and as well as for master degree students, inviting variety of companies for recruitment.
The exposure of diferrent seminars and webinars that are held offline and online by some experienced and great people of various companies who speak about their experience and learnings

Dislikes

Nothing that i disliked but it can definetly improve its management style

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA course has six semsters. Each semesters has subject which overall covers every prospect of the course and helps to become the developer one wants to become. It involves practical learning much as its a core software developer course therefore in last two semsters we were asked to submit real life projects built on php and html using mysql database.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always been interested in the IT sector. So I choose this course. In Nerim, faculty members are very friendly and teach us very nicely. Each semester we have two examinations at the semester and end semester. In between these, they conduct class tests also.

NERIM is one of the best colleges in Assam for BCA. And I got to know about it and I was also interested in this IT course. And faculty memebers are way too friendly with students. And exams and tests are timely conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fees is expensive, I mean 30000 per semester is just admission fees. Apart form this you have to pay for each and everything starting from library, dress, notebook, electricuty, security, internet, WiFi, library, uniform, coats, aprons even for welfare funds and all.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fees structure of my course is Rs25000 per semester. The admission fees is 15000 which paid one time during the 1st semester admission along with semester fee. This includes books for every subjects, uniform, library, etc.
