The library is very well equipped and is considered to be one of the best among the others under Calcutta University.
We mainly had to select an organization in which we had to work for a month and make a daily report at the end of the internship.

Loreto has been assigned an 'A' degree. It is ranked at number 71 in an all-India basis. NIRF has provided that rank. The thing which i like most aboy this college that everyone is encouraged to speak up. Our teachers encourage us to ask questions whenever we have a doubt on our mind.

Loreto College is the best liberal arts college in India. There are many courses available for main stream subjects like history, economics, geography, psychology, political science, English, education as well as general courses. Remarks:

I was in search of a college which was reputed for its English courses with good English speaking teachers. Loreto is definitely one of the best. Who wouldn't want to get admitted here, that too for English honours. The seats are already limited. Cutoff is high.
