Since I'm a first-year student I do not know much about the intership program. We are asked to do projects for every subject. The project topic is to be chosen from the syllabus and teachers are always there to help us if we come across any difficulties doing the project.

The internship opportunities changes year ro year, but many companies come under it yo enhance the working nature of the students. The projects are usually unknown only that semester students will know it
First years don't get the internships. They were several companies to offer internships. It is really exciting to see the offers and it is effective for the CV of the students. 100%internships are gauranteed.

There is nothing called an internship opportunity in this college. They will provide you with courses and exams related to jobs. You have to complete those courses and clear the examination If you do so then you will get the job and the certificate, there is nothing called an internship in this college.

The companies providing internships are TCS and Cognizant and both companies provide stipends to their interns. Our college provides certificates to attend workshops and webinars which definitely enhance our cv. Overall I feel the internships and placements will disappoint.
From third-year companies start coming to the campus for student selection. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, and Amazon visit for placements. The package usually depends on the job role and skill set of an individual. I opted out of counseling these companies because I would pursue sports management in the future.
I worked as a Social Worker intern at The Missionaries Of Charity. There was no stipend available. We mainly had to select an organization wherein we had to work for a month and make a daily report at the end of the internship. It was a wonderful internship and I am grateful that Loreto College provided me with this opportunity.
Recently, there was an internship program that was offered by Tata. I did an internship with the e-Newsroom, as a junior journalist intern. They came to college for a webinar. There are many webinars that the college offers for the betterment of the students.
No Mostly content writing jobs are what people offer you in this stage and there are various organization that offers it. Loreto College for some reason doesn't approve internships done from Internshala because they involve monetary charges.
Usually, there are placements from Loreto College. However, the batch of 2020 suffered bad luck due to Covid and everything becoming online. Other than those who were interested in placements, the majority chose to pursue higher studies in different institutions here and all over India.
