I am pursuing political science honours which is a fantastic subject according to me. Political science is one of the main subject which is required in UPSC. Political science can help me to study international relations and pursing law as well. Professors of political science in my college teaches very well and make sure that the students are understanding each and every aspect of the topic.

I chose this course because I like political science as a subject a lot. The faculty-to-student ratio is also good like there are a maximum of 60 students for a teacher. I am not sure about the college qualification of the faculty but our principal takes an interview of the faculty. the term exams had a pretty decent amount of time to prepare and it was moderately easy to pass exams.

From the 5th semester, most students become eligible for campus placements. Mostly various small companies visit those who are newly started working. The highest package is INR 6 LPA and the average is INR 3 LPA.
In there is an active placement cell that keeps on notifying students about upcoming job opportunities, internships as well as scholarships. Students start preparing for the placement in the 5th semester.
In your 3rd year of college, you're eligible for placements. I do not have much knowledge about the placements as in political science not many people go for placements. My plans, for now, is to work and allow myself to explore as much as possible and after a year or so do my further studies in PR.
after the completion of the course, the students become eligible for campus placements. various companies like zomato, treehouse, collegedunia, etc. visit the campus to offer internships. the annual package of the 2021 batch of my college (Kamla Nehru college, DU) was around 9.5lakhs but I am not sure about it. there is also a placement cell in every college to guide the students. if no placement is offered to a student then it is advisable to apply online directly on the websites of different companies or through LinkedIn.
The most important thing was faculty which is amazing for humanities stream and also this college gives you exposure to find yourself, develop yourself and this college has also given me alot of opportunities like public speaking and as well as the teachers who gives you a push to work on your own and achieve something.
collage has its own placement cell for the placement of student from 3rd semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement voda, flifcard, tata, amazon ,samsung etc highest package of the h=company is 30000 for freshers or based on their course i am preparing for UPSC so i am not going for placement cell
I chose Kamala Nehru College because it's one of the top performing Colleges in South campus and testimony of my seniors and family members reassured me of the quality of faculty and crowd. The study schedule is thorough. Tutorials are compulsory and classes sometimes happen till late. The faculty is huge to accommodate the batch and is also highly qualified and commited to teaching. The college has a diverse crowd from all across the country and foreign students as well. The extra curricular clubs and societies of the college are very active members os Delhi's vibrant circuit.
