Ans. No, for BBA-LLB and BA-LLB integrated law courses, FIMT solely takes CLAT scores as per GGSIPU guidelines. Without a valid CLAT score, you will be unable to get admission into these courses. But other non-law courses such as BCA, BBA, and BJMC take IPU CET scores.
Ques. Is moot court exercise mandatory for FIMT law students?
Ans. Yes, law students have moot courts and mock trials built into their course. The activities are considered hands-on training and hold academic value. Taking part is useful for enhancing courtroom manners, legal analysis, and oral argumentation.
Ques. Can switching from BBA to BBA+LLB be done after taking admission at FIMT?
Ans. No, since BBA+LLB is an integrated course, students cannot change to an individual BBA once admitted at FIMT. The pattern of courses and examinations is different. Admission to the B. Com course is done through the entrance examination. It conducts the IPUCET examination. You must have to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th or equivalent education.
The registration has been closed for the examination l. The registration for the counseling process has been started. You can fill out the form by July 12, 2022.
