College that provides uptodate curriculum

Dislikes

  • College campus could be more bigger because there are 10 courses runs by college so there are many students in campus and its size is very small
  • Libraries are very small it could be bigger but there are 3-4 libraries if they would be merged then it can be the best college library

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have opt for the bba course and the curriculum of course is uptodate as our university has introduced new subjects ( neus) which ready the student to face people in outer world have a better conversation and presentation there are subjects which are very useful for this course but there is only one thing that it has maths in subject and I don't think maths would help us in any management field but let's see what happens in future

Placement Experience :

After 1st year our college provide internship and in the final year of each courses the provide campus placement but student must have maintened good CGPA and have better conversation skills our college highest package is around 11 to 12 lpa and lowest is around 300000 and average is around 350000 which is good after just under graduation, almost every student gets placed every year who have maintened good CGPA ,if we talk about my plans I have planned to sit in placements if i get good package then I will join the company otherwise I will pursue my MBA from Germany or uk

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They have charge 1 lakh 5 thousand (1,05,000) for the first year and from the second year it will be around 1lakh 20thousand (1,20,000) as per my best knowledge which is told by the seniors and for the other categories I think it's free for ews students if they get more than 7 cgpa and fees for St sc is around 10,000 to 15,000 as per my best knowledge

Campus Life :

Our college do so many festivals in a year, now it's organising diwali mela and so many other festivals are done in a year ,our college has around 4-5 libraries for different courses and have every books that student needs ,our college classrooms are good but I doesn't have projectors which is not good because nowadays all things should be modernised and do have ACs but in some course building there is no AC but college has promised to install that in next year ,college has so many society and clubs which gives every student a wider choice of option as per his interest like some societies are entrepreneurship cell ,career development cell, artkriti , conqueror which is of sports ,codeshala ,uba and our college also have ncc and nss which helps them in government exams, yes joining clubs do disturbs student studies but it also gives them experience in that field students learn to interact with other students of different courses that gives more knowledge to student

Admission :

I have applied for delhi university and I got selected in that but I got b.com course in du and from starting I want to do bba course and this was a good college where they actually do teach every concept of syllabus very deeply, admission process of our college was so good and smooth it doesn't take time and teachers with you also fill the form to save your time and energy,it takes some document like 10th and 12th marksheet ,12th migration certificate, aadhar card,etc... our college except two exams one is IPU CET and other is CUET cuttoffs are very low but your college experience would be great here

Faculty :

As I am in 1st semester it's faculty members are so good and very much interactive with students and give opportunities to students for extracurricular activities and push them to a better future ,the ratio of faculty to student is around 1:200 as per my knowledge, and if we talk about exams our college is affiliated with ggsipu so it conduct one external exam of 60 marks and one internal exam of 40 marks ( 20 marks exam ,10 marks assignment,10 marks for class participation)

Placement Experience:

The main reason I got admission in MSI was of the placements. I think it was overhyped but yeah the college provides pretty decent placements but you have to work hard on your skills to secure a good package. Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Reliance etc. visit the college. In my course BBA, the average package was 4.5 LPA and the highest package was 7.5 LPA.

Admission:

New Delhi institute of management is affiliated to guru gobind singh Indraprastha University hence the entrance exam is conducted by guru gobind singh Indraprastha University which is known as ggsipu CET. Once you appear for this exam and your result is out then the university itself will allot colleges according to the cutoff of colleges.

Placement Experience:

Job opportunities is not good at all at new Delhi institute of management. Although being affiliated to guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, the college is private and there is not very good placement opportunities specially in the BBA course.
