06 Aug, 2025 Shivalik College of Engineering Dehradun Spot Round counselling for B.Tech and B.Pharma Lateral will be held from Aug 5 to Aug 7, 2025. The physical reporting is scheduled to be held from August 11 to August 13. To know more, click here.
Shivalik College of Engineering offers 25 courses at the UG and PG levels. The college offers technical and management programs, including BCA, Polytechnic, B.Tech {Lateral}, B.Tech {Hons}, MBA, BBA, BSc {Hons} Agriculture, and the flagship B.Tech program.
SCE Dehradun conducts an entrance test - Shivalik Entrance Test. Admission to B.Tech courses, however, is based on the JEE Mains scores via the counselling process. Students with valid CAT/MAT/XAT scores will get preference for admission to the SCE MBA program. The college accepts both online and offline applications for admission. The application form fee is INR 1000, and it is non-refundable.

Ques. Is there an additional Admission fee at SCE Dehradun?
Ans. There is a non-refundable Application fee of INR 1000. Additionally, students have to pay a one-time Admission fee of INR 10,000, a one-time refundable Security Deposit of INR 3000, a Uniform fee of INR 95200 only for the first year, and an annual Cultural fee of INR 2000for extra-curricular activities.
Ques. What is the difference between the B.Tech and B.Tech++ programs at SCE Dehradun?
Ans. The B.Tech++ program at SCE Dehradun is a 15-credit specialisation program where students get access to a curriculum designed by IIT tutors and L&T industry experts, whereas the regular B.Tech program follows SCE’s curriculum.
