From the 5th semester students become eligible for internships and from 7th semester you're allowed to sit in on campus placements. So many companies visited in our college like zs associates, Deloitte, DE shaw, Infosys etc. they generally provide 7-15 lpa leaving the De shaw. The highest package was around 1.2 crore which was international for the SDE role provided by the Google. 95% students got placed every year in MAIT. My plans after the degree is placement first and then after placement will go for higher studies.

Since I am quite interesting in learning new technologies , I opted for bachelor of technology in IPU. Though most of the time we end up learning things that has no use in real world and we have to do it all by ourselves to prepare ourself for the real world. They should provide internships to the students atleast to those whom they think are capable of getting one and they should also remove attendance criteria so that students can focus on their own interests and passion. We spend half of our time giving exams and all so they should also reduce the number of exams they take per semester.
