I couldn't make it to a better college of IPU since my rank was 628000 something because I did not pay attention to the JEE exam. I chose HMR college in the special spot round and got a seat in it to get admission in my college. There is IPU counselling, which conducts different rounds, and after that, online and offline spot rounds. Also, the cutoffs are pretty moderate, and the admission is based on rank. You need to give the JEE exam to get admission to the good colleges of IPU.
