The campus life and clubs of college is the best part of the college

Dislikes

Our hostel is worst like hell, government college hostel have always lack of cleaning facility, lack of water supply, lack of space in rooms, there toilets are worst.
Less intrest and boring method of faculty in students in lecture

Likes

It is located in the main city of Ahmedabad. So the shops are easily accessible.
The alumni network there is quite amazing so you can gain a lot of experience from them.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not that good, it makes you feel inferior sometimes.
If you're from North India then you'll not like mess food there.

Our courses are not as relevant to the current job scenario. But teachers are amazing, so they keep motivating us to learn something new all the time. My experience is that our curriculum is not that relevant to the current job scenario.

Placement here are uncertain and depends on your personal performance and skill set you have if you are good enough to be hired with good communication skills you will get a pretty good Placement as a fresher

This is government college so their college fees is less so i can afford it.
There is hostel facility with less amount of fees.

Dislikes

College infrastructure was to old and required renovation
There is no placement guarantee. In our batch there only 50 % students gets placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Curriculum is good except 1st and 2nd semester. In this two-semester curriculum are not really related to the course. There is no real-world application or further academic pursuits in curriculum preparation.

Library is good which have all the books

Hostel seats are very less because of that all student have to live outside

Student are getting placement before ending their course. Placement are starting from ending of 7 semester. Big companies are coming for the placement like reliance, nayara, air product, etc. Highest package of chemical department is 18.7 lakh and average package is 6.9 lakh. 91 % of student get placed in on campus interviews.

Campus, faculties,SSIP ,supportive environment, especially computer department is great
Campus faculties are good they recently organised a expert session from apple senior sde who taught us that DSA is important

Dislikes

Overall everything is good but some hostel infra can be improved
Lighting in night can be improved so we can walk around freely

Campus placement is offered, placement coordinator are good .good companies comes. We get a chance to show case our talent.over all its good.i like but as I am in third year I have not explored much.so will update it later

Canteen , this is probably the most famous place for every Ldians.
Ground is the most memorable place for all sports connected persons as well as others.

Dislikes

Heat is so excessive in Ahmedabad. So this probably is the a factor I dislike.

Placement Experience:

From Semester 7 students are eligible for campus placement. There are so many companies that visit college every year for campus placement. Every year nearly 1000 of students that gets placed in companies. In the mechanical branch, the highest package offered to a student was 13 LPA, last year in GNFC. In Master degree mechanical engineering, the highest package was 19LPA this year. The average package of mechanical department is nearly 6.5-7 LPA. Nearly 85-90% students gets placed every year.

The atmosphere of College for academic is quite interesting and is very much helpful.
Also the lush green campus and the sports facilities are good

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not much good as well as the mess food is quite average
Classrooms of ldce gives you an old college vibes

After 7 semesters, the recruiters begin their drive for placement. Many companies visit our college and most students are surely selected for our branch. Also, you can surely apply for the companies based on the skills you have.

The Staff and Teaching in the college is so good. Also staff in fast responsive and good helping.
the interior of college is so good. mess facility is very nice.

Dislikes

the department's building is very old and not good constructed.
it is not looking like college, it's been as construction site.

Placement Experience:

In Comp. and IT there are around 100% placement. in other branch placement of the student based on they academic performance. In year 2023, there are total 963 student placed from the 1472 students. in placement opportunity college is so good.

College life is good and also the othe curricular activities
Most favourable is the canteen and badminton court which are placed in between the college

Dislikes

Some of the faculties are not responsible for our education
In our college there are the practical sessions are not taking more because of every personnel assessment like knowing a new facilities of practicals

In college some of the faculties they give us help to build our project in like ssip like other government schemes they provider grand to make our project 10 builder career on that field and also make a startup so they also give this kind of facilities never the less education
