Eligibility Criteria

A candidate shall have passed HSC (10+2) with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) of theory (or theory and practical) marks of Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with (Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject) from a single board. Candidate shall also appear in GUJCET -2020 examination in respective subjects. The candidate shall pass the HSC examination from schools located in Gujarat from any board from GSEB, CBSE, ISCE, Cambridge, International Baccalaureate (IB) or NIOS.

I paid 1280rs for my first year degree in BE electrical engineering and you can avail full remission of fees if u have TFWs seat from acpc For scholarship you can avail from government or there are many benefits which will given to you when you join the college

There is a smart classin the classroom so easy teaching with animation.

The Infrastructure of the college is very disappointed..The students are expect new infrastructure.
The volleyball ground is no facilities.The groundman doesn't cut a grass .The grass are grow more.

L.D college of engineering is Government college so The fees is minimum charge.The scholarship is getting like MYSY, Food Bill etc. Mysy scholarship is 12000 per year.and Food Bill is 15000. I think teaching tution needs of outside.

There are many things that I liked about my college.

Dislikes

The buildings are somewhat old so they should make new or repair them thoroughly.

Fees and Financial Aid:

It is government aided institute hence it has very nominal fee of ?1500. So every one can afford it . It has also category vise qouta so that you can go through that also. You can apply for all government and non government scholarship.

Support of faculty is very good and also facultys education is very good.most of the faculty members complete their bachelor from iit and our hod complete their master from iisc
The campus life is very good. Ld provide a huge campus for the students.

Dislikes

The old infrastructure only one reason which i dislike.
There are many food stall present outsidd of ld college which make road very busy.

Fees and Financial Aid:

As we know LD is a government college so the fees is very minimal there is no need for a scholarship, but some scholarship like MYSY and Digital Gujarat are there. The placement of LD College is very good, that is the reason why I selected LD College. Most of the student gets a job on campus.

In our college Green Environment is so good .

Our college fees is so affordable. Our last year fee is 1000 rs and this year our fees is only 2000 rs which is so affordable. And with this fees our college facilities is also so good . We also get digital gujarat scholarship for our food bill and for our instruments which helps in our study.

The campus life is really going giving all the chances for growth.
The faculties are well qualified and experienced.

Dislikes

The students tend to bunk class that to insist for mass bunk.
Canteen food is not up to the mark for students.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee for boys is 1500/year for girls it is free. The total cost of study per year is 12000 including hostel and food expenses. If the percentile is above 80 and the family income is less than 6 lakh then you can get the benefit of the MYSY scholarship.

Campus life is so good.faculty are very peaceful
Placement are to good and all courses are very good

Dislikes

Hostels are less good, Water problem is increasing
There is no food in the hostel, so there is a lot of problem.

L.D. college is a government college so its fee is around 1500 and the student doing study also gets a MYSY scholarship. on-campus placement is very good because more students jobs through placement. The fees are nothing much.

Assignments - Whatever course you studied, you have to submit assignments compulsory

Fees and Financial Aid:

You have to pay fees at the start of the semester. In LD college, per semester fees are 1500. If you're eligible for TFWS then you have to pay just exam fees which are around 700-1000?. We have to pay fees online and if we are late, we have to pay a penalty amount of fees which is around 500. per month. In the first year, you can get around 1000? through MYSY Scholarship for books and others.In other years the scholarship amount is very less because of government college.

In my college the fees were not too much it was only 6000 for four years. In my college, the Colgate scholarship was there and many more .in the college the payment was 80 to 90 percent and the stipend are 12000 per year.

One of my friends was in L.D and another close friend graduated from BVM. Thus, it would be easy to put the points together and compare which one’s the best.

Both the colleges are prominent and quite old. They both are government colleges hence, the fee structure is also similar.
If we compare the campus life of both the colleges, my friend from L.D. mentioned that the campus life of his college is lively as the students have the freedom to indulge in other activities than studies. Whereas BVM is quite strict and does not have many campus resources.
The professors in BVM are well-experienced and approachable.
The lab facilities at BVM are great.
BVM has a central location in VV Nagar.
There are no hostel facilities at BVM.
The recruiting companies are almost the same for BVM and L.D apart from the local companies. Here are the recent placement highlights of the institutes.
