The curriculum has changed just 3 years back so it is relatively new for us..the main part of it is assessing the skills and recording it periodically with the help of logbook certain new changes with regard to curriculum is on the way and will be implemented in the upcoming batches

The course curriculum is decided by the Kerala University of Health Sciences. Actually it is pretty good compared to other universities in India. The benefit is that we study about many things which are not that much relevant to the 'Medical Laboratory Tech' title, so that we become equipped for higher studies and research opportunities. But the negative part is ofcourse the difficulty level, but if we work hard enough,we can make it out.

We were brought into the new CBME curriculum. Even the faculty finds it hard to comply with as it is a new system. There are a lot of small group discussions and self directed learning programmes that consider the teacher as just a facilitator and students are meant to learn with the guidance of the facilitator.

Why MBBS because it has been my dream since of I was kid and I’m glad that I made it this far. Each batch in my college have 250 students and for every 25 students one faculty would be given as mentor, whom we can approach for any of queries. Apart from that practical and clinical postings are really fascinating. We would have year exams as to qualify each year, and a few internal exams every 2-3 months. And these exams I wouldn’t put it too tough that we have to give our 100% of time for only studies but nor too easy. If we put a moderate effort for studies we are soo good to go.

The course curriculum is being conducted as per NMCs rules. The curriculum is more clinically and patient oriented than before, and it has been reflected in the exams as well. Exams are being conducted every 2-3 months

MBBS is the finest course in medical field. Where other courses deal with books, instruments MBBS deal with patients. The curriculum we follow is CBME (Competency based Medical Education) which also tells us about the AETCOM ( Attitude,Ethics and Communication) of becoming a doctor. And about the professionalism about the course.

I chose this course because of the amusement i feel for learning about human body and its functioning The curriculum helps us to become a good doctor and serve the society well Individual monitoring is a greatly affected due to the 250 students in a single batch and lack of new technological advancement in government colleges is also a problem University exams are held yearly.internal exams are held 3 times a professional year and the exams are very difficult

The course is very useful and I suggest people to choose the course. There are so many opportunities and chances are available for the graduates in India and abroad. The curriculum is really good. The frequency and timing of examinations will not difficult the students.

MBBS is a 4.5 year course and an additional internship period of 1 year thus 5.5years in total . to be in the best college in our state with the highest outpatient rate is advantageous to students in terms of acquiring clinical exposure which most of the medical collleges lack....and the faculties too are top level with immense experience and knowledge
