When I applied to the University of Melbourne, the process required a Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement but no interview was necessary. The curriculum is challenging yet rewarding, perfectly blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications. This environment motivates me every day to push my boundaries and enhance my skills.

My overall experience has been fun, enlightening and has contributed to my personal and professional growth. I have learnt how to manage my time, priorities and even my social life with the amount of freedom I have. Study is hard, but once you've learnt how to crack assignments and tutorial work, exams become easy tasks whether they are held online or offline. I have made many connections over the years and have also been a part of many student clubs and societies. I have also maintained good relationships with some of my professors and tutors whom I take advice from, from time to time.

I would rate it as superb, it has pushed me to try and experiment. I have loved it through and through!

The UoM has a high research output and is ranked 32 all over the world. It has a great academic and employment reputation. Moreover the structure of the course I selected seemed to meet my interest as well. To add to this Australia is a beautiful country to travel in as well and Melbourne ranks in the world's top 10 most livable cities.
