Timing of the course from 7.55to 5.30is very hectic.sarurday no holiday.

Hostel Facilities:

4sharig room.with one bathroom.breakfast and lunch will be providing except Sunday in the package of 9500.extra 1500is giving for lunch.veg and non veg food.food is good.it is in Shanthinagar,500m from collage

Open environment, the college hosts so many different workshops and events for all the backgrounds from.cultural, science ,art and management
It gives importance to sports and cultures equally including academics

Dislikes

The campus being very large still could grow in terms of infrastructure
It could have some more canteens as there are only few it becomes hard during breaks to grab something because there is always rush

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility at this college is only for boys they get 3 times means or there is a restriction for around 6:30 p.m. to be inside then it's a very beautiful hostel covered by trees are blossom cherry trees and it is in the old British style there will sharings of two three and four people there are non veg and veg both food provided including chicken welltables and everywhere there are churches nearby in the campus self to pray and there is a space for people to play around it and chill out

Firstly the campus is so vibrant that it can attract anyone.
There are a lot of gardens inside the campus and I must say are the best places to unwind as college schedule is quite hectic.

Dislikes

Groupism exists and local students make their own group and Kannada is the most commonly used language on the campus.

Hostel Facilities:

Boys hostels are inside the campus while girls hostels of SJU are off campus. There are two girls hostel names Nivas and Navasadhana and both of them have single to multiple sharing rooms. Hostels are affordable as a normal PG near SJU charges at least 10k a month for accomodation while SJU hostel rooms are available for a shade over lakh in which mess fees is also included.

Faculty's behaviour towards the students. Most of the faculties are very supportive to the students and support them through out the college life while there are exceptions too but most likely it's good and towards me all the faculty is good till now
No ragging. In our college I haven't seen a single ragging yet which makes this college safe for everyone

Dislikes

Size of the campus is very small compared to other universities
Hostel curfew timings are very less according to other university hostels

Hostel Facilities:

I got one of the biggest room in the hostel, overall hostel is great but the only issue is about curfew timings the hostel curfew timing is only till 6.00 pm in weekdays and 7pm in weekends. Meals are okayish not too bad nor too good. Hostel is located inside the campus itself which gives us easy access to the University.

Ethnocentrism of some ethnic groups and such groups getting more attention than other groups.

Hostel Facilities:

The facilities provided in the room are a bed (without mattress), a cupboard and a table with a chair. The quality of meals, especially dinner is of subpar quality. They give a little bit of non-veg food. Breakfast in the hostel is usually the best meal. It is hard to get into the hostel but it is very affordable. There are rooms for 1 person, 2 people and 4 people.

Yes, St. Joseph College Bangalore offer hostel facilities to girls. There is a small hostel accommodation available for girls just outside of the college campus in Shantinagar. The facility is managed by nuns. It is a walkable distance of 100-150 meters from the campus. It is situated just behind the college.
