Likes

faculties are really great here . they are expert in their domains. Their industry experience and skill enhance the learning experience also the practical things. They support the students and clear their doubt any time .
Here hostels are well maintained with proper furniture and facilities. each rooms has 2 students with a proper space for both for them.

Dislikes

It does not have it's own permanent campus.
Due to no permanent campus , temporary campus is small.

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester students are eligible for placements . companies like amazon , HCL , tata , visite. THE highest package is 83 lakhs and the average package is 17lakhs. about 90 percent students get placed.

Likes

Behaviour here of faculty are friendly and supportive.
Hostel room are good and good for two students.

Dislikes

Temporary campus is very small and it doesn't even have little space to celebrate few events.
Sports facilities are very bad here and equipment are available.

Placement Experience:

The college invites many companies for placement and the average placement provided here is about 15 LPA. The highest placement in 2022 was 84 pla but it was off campus and on campus it was 22 lpa. Skills you have to learn on your own.

Likes

the hostel is good. it has a very good view.
the weather of Ranchi is very good. the environment is very clean

Dislikes

gender ratio is not that good .
light cuts do occur often during rainy season

Placement Experience:

the students become eligible for campus placement from the 7th sem. the students have added value to Amazon, google, adobe, invidia, Walmart, one plus, etc. the highest package in 2022 was 46 LPA which went up to 83.4 LPA in 2023. the average in 2022 was 12.8 LPA and 17 LPA in 2023. the minimum is 7LPA. 100 percent of the students were placed this year (Yes, you read it correctly 100%).

Likes

I liked facilities in hostels like wifi facility, geiser etc.
The course curriculum in IIIT Ranchi is also great.

Dislikes

I disliked one and most important thing that there is no permanent campus of IIIT RANCHI.
In our temporary campus, there is problem of power cut.

Placement Experience:

After 2nd year, students are eligible for internships and after 3rd year students are eligible to take seat placements. In our college, many companies came from Amazon, google, Nvidia, Synopsys, jio, Tekion, Byjus, and many more. The highest package of our college is 83 lakhs per annum. The average package of our college is 17lakhs per annum. 90% of students got placements. For placements, your safe score is 8.5+ cgpa. Our college also provides the training of placements by placements cell.

Likes

Hostel is first class with AC facilities and 3-BHK well spacious rooms.
Mess facility is also good and menu has a fine touch of diverse taste across country.

Dislikes

It is not like as in IIT's and NIT's that one gets good CGP studying overnight a day before exam, student have to study consistently to achieve good CGP as exams are tough with no plagiarism allowed.
Ratio of boys:girls is low(10:1) because of no girls reservation.

Placement Experience:

At the end third year, students get Eligible for campus placements. The package is equivalent to and even better than top NIT's and 10-12 IITs. There is 100% placement from top branches and about 98% from other branches. Companies visiting are Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Atlassian , Goldman Sachs, synopsis, and other top tech companies. It's not like IIT here has lower branches with the worst placement scene and just giving students a tag of IIT. Our college has the highest package of 83.36 LPA and the average package as of now is around 20 LPA for my branch. It is around 17 LPA overall and the lowest package is 7.5 LPA which is more than the average of the lower branches of some IITs.
