KIIT BBA Eligibility

Pass in 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks and have Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Economics/Statistics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.

KIIT BBA Selection Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to KIIT BBA course need to apply for the KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam). Candidates based on the marks in the entrance exam are shortlisted for the counselling session.
Candidates who have appeared in the 12th examination and are expecting results before 31st August 2024, can also apply for the programme. Candidates those who have appeared in UGAT, can apply with a valid UGAT Score.
Candidates will be selected based on their UGAT Score/Career Marks & performance in PI.

The subjects taught are very helpful and relevant to the corporate world. The faculty teaches the subjects in great depth which is quite nice and it is mostly theory which makes it easier to understand

The environment is very cheerful and happening.
The greenery around the various campuses.

The weather can be a bit too uncertain and can change in an instance leading to sudden changes in pre-planned activities.
The public transportation services around the campus are a bit expensive than other places.

In my opinion, the course curriculum lacks practical approach to the learning experience and it would be much better if the curriculum gets updated with practical training programs along with the theoretical knowledge.

great exposure to different programs no domain restircted once you are intrested you can visit them .

more rounds in the entrance to ensure better competition in the campus.
more practical exposure is needed for programs and more encouragement on practical or implementation rathee than studying.

KSOM is one of the most beautiful campus of KIIT. The curriculum is definately very well structured , the pass out students have definately done very well. Academic procedure starts with some thoeritical knowledge just to build the base of the career with great exposure to why management is the back bone of any institution . Every week there are open mic talk on the topic , which are judged by jury members who are member of big companies . recently harvard prof were invited to teach students all over different branches of university. management related debate , expo are conducted very frequently . many comapnies have setted there offices in the campus itself like highradius , CME group ,etc and many MOU's have been signed between the companies and the KSOM. semester based examination occur where there is 50% weightage to the end semester exam and rest is carried by mid sem , quiz and assignments. one suggestion would be to give more exposure to industry ready skills and upgrade it.

Students from all over India study in kiit with presented in good diversity

The face was a bit too much and not affordable for middle class

The bba at kiit was ranked as one of the best in India and after I realised why once I joined in 2019. The six semester course has very relevant subjects with up to date curriculum and the faculty too were experts from reputed institutes.

Kiit overview in my way

I like my friend Circle they are very supportive and good
Student teacher relationship is very good. They are very supportive.

Some teachers are very strict and student and teacher relationship cannot be found
Some students are not good. They are like like to bulling about others.

The course curriculum is quite good like in every six months there will be two exams in three months. There is a first Maam and there is last like semester exam and in every year there is like two semester and two Maam in three years. There is six semesters and six Mid term if anyone got back, then he or she can clear that paper After the term exam over

I liked some of the faculties who really inspired me through my journey also made my campus life simple and forward
The classroom amenities I liked so much there.

The management is not really up to the mark .
The internship they provide us is really bad

It was a new course introduced in the year we took admission, We were the first batch that passed out this year. It is a 3 year course where you will study all core subjects related to Logistics management along with some general BBA papers. Some of the faculty there was very sincere and they utmost care to provide any kind assistance to the students whereas you will find some others are completely ignorant. My honest opinion would be first go the campus talk to the faculties about this course, then only you can take a balanced decision. It has 6 semesters in total preceded by mid semesters for every semester in between. It has also some MOOQ course test provided by the Logistics Skill Council of India. The management of this course is really poor...sometimes when they are in short of faculties you will see them assigning teaching duties to some Research Scholars of the school who are already preoccupied with their works and Research projects.

i absolutely love my social life and the way i get to interact with so many people
i love the amenities and the the way the whole campus is maintained

I chose this course because it will give me a launchpad for an Mba. Moreover, my skills align with the job profile I will eventually get. do not know about the faculty-student ratio. Most of the faculty are former students of prestigious colleges like IIMs and IITs. The teaching method is really good. Term exams were timely. Attending classes regularly makes passing exams very easy.

I want my career in this field this is why I choose this as the best place where I can pursue .most of the faculties are from IITs, IIMs Tiss, MDI, And other premier institutes. qualification of faculty is most like a Ph.D. Ranked 2nd in India as per Times B School Ranking 2021. exams are tough as every institute, strong industry connects with more than 100 corporate interaction conclave seminar webinars per year.

The college classrooms are really good in terms of amenities
the platform provided by KSOM is just awesome

The canteen food does not have any changes
there is no playground inside the campus

The course is divided into 3 years and 6 semsters, I chose this course because I always wanted to pursue a BBA and then an MBA after that, as my goals were pretty clear. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60 in our college.

BBA @ KSOM

The college infrastructure of the college is really good
the events in the college keeps college life fun

The food quality in the mess is not good
there is no playground inside the campus

I chose this course because I did not want to do B.Com and there are only a few options available after 12th for a commerce student, so I chose BBA, and the faculty-to-student ratio in our college is 1:60.
