I chose this because there is a very good research culture. All faculty are Ph.D. and this college has nirf 24 and center of excellence of the Maharashtra govt. Faculty to student ratio is amazing. In my branch, there are only 19 seats.

The professors are really good and supportive. Labs are very well built having various equipment. It has a spectrophotometer and various costly equipment. Faculty to student ratio is 1: 6. Tests are conducted more often.
I chose chemical engineering due to its diverse syllabus. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:17. Faculty has mostly PhDs from reputed institutes. Some are great at teaching, while others are boring. Exams are timely, with internal tests, mid-semester, and end-semester. With proper preparation, passing wasn't difficult despite the rigorous curriculum.
In ICT 4 credit and 3 credit subjects are mainly important and the difficulty of passing depends on the professor and subject also ICT is deemed a university so the professor set a question paper. let first understand how marks are distributed:- for 4 credit subjects:- a total of 100 marks for passing need 40 marks from cat + mid-sem + end-sem the professor must take 3 cat exams and take an average or best of two. mid sem is 30 marks and end-sem is 50 marks also 8 grace marks are student avail in one subject. ictian professors are set papers very seriously and yes hard to pass but after understanding the process easier everything. :)
My interest was in Chemistry , , therefore I chooses Chemical engineering. Here Faculty are all with PhD done with atleast 15-10 years of experience. Here all professor gaves More Focus on Research and partical knowledge rather than only theoretical knowledge . Also there are many professors of all departments. Semesters exams are first Of Mid Sem and final Called End Sem . Exam questions are based on applicational , and practical knowledge , professors themselves set the paper .
College fee is approx 70000 rupees for all m.tech course and 54000 rupees is hostel and mess fee for an acedmic year how ever if you are gate qualified you will get the 12,400 monthly fellowship instead of that if you are from Maharashtra you will get the full tution fee as a scholarship there are so many scholarships program it depends on you which you want to choose
It's is good as compared to placement it is really good as u can compare other college also u can see their fees. in ict for general fees is 85,500. And for scholarship there is many scholarship from maharashtra government and ongc.
Good faculties and their teaching, have nice experience in industries. Also the curriculum is well defined and up to date with the present scenario. Timely continuous assessment and exams. Question papers of application type.
Teachers in our college are very helpful, well qualified and have good knowledge regarding the subject. They teach us by showing PPTs on the projector. In the 1st year, the students of all the departments study the same subjects throughout the year. It is very easy to get an internship related to your department. Most of the students do internships in 2nd year. In the 3rd year, you need to do an industrial internship. Overall, I want to say that the faculty members are very good, and you will love to learn new concepts.
