There are many events that are organised in the University like insignis, cyberweek, ieee, etc The library has almost each and every book required by a student and it is not available physically the ebook is also available Every classroom has a projector and every department has a snart classroom The University also provides many sports activities and ut akso encourage the students to take part in the inter university tournament like AIU The group or clubs sometimes impact the students life due to exam pressure

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all I would like to say that my plan different but because of the the cutoff i had to choose this course because i had no other choice left. But honestly i don't regret my decision because in Tezpur University each and every course has it's unique importance in the real world. The course are given an overview in the beginning of the semester and there are total 4 exam i.e. 2 sessional 1 mid sem and 1 end sem. We get around 3 weeks between each exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had to choose the course because seats were avail only under this category in the 2nd counselling. There are more than 2 teachers for each subject. Teachers are highly qualified and most of the guest faculties are also passed out from foreign universities. Because of the covid, we had late admissions so now we have to complete the course within 4 months instead of 6, that's why we are having exams every month(2 seasonal and 1 midterm,1 end term). So you can say there are exams after every 15 days but you get used to it.

Placement Experience:

Most probably the students are made aware of internships and jobs during the 5th semester. Popular brands like AMUL, ITC, Britannia, etc have visited the university for campus placement and the total number of offers made during the session 20-21 is 25. The highest package was around 5.5 lpa and the average was about 4.09 lpa. After graduating I might apply for placements or pursue my masters

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is based on food technology and basic engineering concepts. The quality of teaching was good and examinations were conducted on time. They provide more practical classes also. The teacher was very friendly and helpful. They help us to achieve the goal.

Campus Life:

There are many programs on campus, mainly annual fest, tech fest and arts fest etc. There is a sports club, arts Club, etc for finding out the talent of students. There is a large library which provides most of the books required to complete the degree program.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like chemistry base subjects and I want to become a food manager. Here the student ratio in the food engineering department is 30 members only. other departments have mostly 60 members. all faculty members are mostly from higher education.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fee structure is very sufficient then other Central universities. But here we don't have any scholarship opportunities. For btech 25k to 28k for semester. Including the Hostel fee. hostel fee max 3000 or 2800.

Campus Life:

The campus is full of trees which gives a feeling of freshness whenever you go out for a walk. Our Central Library is one of the best places on the campus where you can relax and study. Shopping complexes are available (no worries about shopping). 3 fests come every year. TechXetra for SoE, Insignis for School of Sciences and Sampark for Commerce and Business administration.

Placement Experience:

It has good, helpful and cooperative teachers, but the schedule is hectic. Placements are average. Placements: From the ECE branch, more than 90% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 24 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Our department's placement is satisfactory, but others could do better. Even back then. The larger packages are only available to a selected few candidates. The best placements in TU are in the field of food technology. Other departments, on the other hand, have a lot of trouble with placements. In this area, TU has a lot of room for improvement. Right now, the most important prerequisites are placements. Average package ranges around 4-6 lpa.

Campus Life:

The finest part about TU has to be the campus life. The tranquil campus is lush and gorgeous. It's a safe haven away from the chaos. In the evenings, there are constantly people playing basketball, cricket, or football, as well as people jogging, laughing, and eating. It's a lovely place to stay and a lovely life to live. We have cctv and the teachers stay on campus with us, so it's really safe. Security is present in all areas.

Placement Experience:

To my knowledge, I don't think any companies visit our college. The faculty do send students to certain companies they have connections in. And I have no idea about the placement percentage and average package. I have heard numbers being thrown away from others but I am not sure. As for me, I plan to study further after getting my degree. I am also working on my website makemefine.com. Do visit it if you like.

Campus Life:

There is techracy that is the technical fest and ecstasy that is annual fest. The library is one of the best aspects of the college. It has a ton of books for every branch. There also are a ton of clubs students can join. There is the robotics club, astrophysics club and a lot more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum and examination process is similar to that of other universities that offer a BTech course and have a total of 8th semesters in 4 years. The major exams are taken at the end of the semester and the smaller exams in the middle of the semester. The syllabus is a combination of practice and theory.

Admission:

One of the 2 main reasons for the fee structure is that I chose this college, and the other was on my home campus. Admission is based on the rank obtained in KEAM (Karnataka Engineering Architecture Medical Common Entrance Test).

We had many research seminars and workshops, which were organised in order to aid the learning of students. The research seminars features presentation of research papers from different domains. Labs were held at regular intervals and they helped us in bridging the gap between the theoretical learning and their practical applications.

Admission:

Admissions are on the basis of entrance exams like JEE or CITDEE. Students have to apply by filling out the details of previous academic performance and entrance exam scores. On the basis of this information, a merit list is prepared and the students are invited to the counseling.
