The faculties are highly qualified and so amiable for the students to interaction with. The curriculum is also interesting. Irrespective of one's major, each student is expected to do certain common courses in the first year which I think is worth doing. That helps students to acquire a perspective about general society and writing.
This is an Undergraduate course (UG Degree) with a curriculum that is up to date with industry trends. They provide one specialisation in the Bachelor of Arts programme, namely Humanities and Economics.
My course was of 3 years for which I paid total fees around ?â_6,30,000. For the 1st year, I paid approximately ?â_2,10,000 and for the rest semesters I paid approximately ?â_1,00,000. I didn't get the scholarship but I got the financial aid help that helped me pay my fees.
My course fees might seem to be expensive but when i add on the facilities provided by the University, it is up to the mark. My entire course fees for the duration of three years in Bachelors of Arts is rupees 4,20,000.
The course syllabus was most up to date. In fact, our batch was given a revised version of the syllabus so that it fits the contemporary context. Exposure through group assignments and seminars is also provided as part of the course. Arjun Jayadev, who is professor as well as head of the department for economics taught us in the first year, and has worked with Economics Nobel Laureate Joseph Stiglitz.
The course fee for the whole course comes up to about 4.2 lacs which includes the course fee, whereas scholarship is also provided by the university on the basis of a test that will be conducted. Your fee will increase if you opt for hostel facility
The Fees is quite expensive. Not every student can afford it. It is a big college with big maintainance. The fees is Rs 50000 for one year. Not everyone can afford it but it's worth it with the facilities provided
The fees is affordable for BA economics the fees is Rs 52,500 annually .if you compare the fees with the facilities that the university provides than you will see that the fees is actually less. The university also provides with financial aid to students who can't afford the fees
The fees for my course is 52,500 for 1 year. The fees has to be paid twice a year. The total fees of the course is 1.58 lakhs. Fees of the university is more than many other universities in Karnataka.
