Azim Premji University PGDDL Admission 2023

New Delhi: Azim Premji University has begun the application process for admission to its Postgraduate Diploma in Development Leadership (PGDDL) program.

The Azim Premji University PGDDL Program 2023 is a part-time program of 11 months which is intended to allow people to work along with their studies.

The Azim Premji University will offer this course in three terms as a mix of both on-campus and online instructions. Interested candidates can submit their applications till May 30, 2023 and the deadline for the written assignment is tentatively set for June 18, 2023.

The interviews are expected to be held in the first and second weeks of July 2023. The PGDDL programme is scheduled to start from January 22, 2024. The leadership curriculum is open to professionals for mid- to senior-level roles with at least eight years of experience working in the development sector.

This training is open for those candidates who already hold leadership positions within their companies or who may soon occupy such positions are eligible for this course. Anyone working with NGOs, social change movements, or grassroots organisations are also eligible.

According to Richa Govil, director of Azim Premji University's School of Development, mid-career and senior professionals in the development sector have years of extensive experience working in the field.

Govil also stressed the program's influence on working professionals. They can more effectively incorporate their varied experiences into a deeper understanding of society, development concerns, concepts, and trends with the help of this training. They will also be inspired to think about the traits of a development organisation and what it takes to run one.

With the training, participants will be equipped to focus on their professional goals by learning about the historical influences and human experiences that have shaped India's development.

Additionally, the training will improve participants' leadership abilities so they can build adaptable, inclusive, and collaborative organisations. They will considerably improve their ability to communicate effectively, analyse information, and perform other tasks that are important to manage finances, assessing data, and advancing one's career.
