Expect everything from the college except internships and placements

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards. Not many companies visit the campus, but students are able to get average offers from here. You would find Dell, Infosys, TCS, Mindtree visiting often, but in recent times, the scenarios are getting improved with new companies visiting each year. Companies like BrowserStack, Tekion, Deloitte have offered good packages this year, with the maximum package being around 25 lakhs. The average package is languishing in 5-7s. Good offers are low as compared to the strength of students sitting for interviews. There is no internship exposure to the students which adds to the disgrace. With placements being the most important thing to a college student, the college needs to improve its dismal situation.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements after completion of the 3rd year(6th semester). Dell, Accenture, Tekion, Deloitte visited this year with different roles. The percentage of students placed this year is approx 75%.

Placement Experience:

The placement scene is not very good and not bad also. The companies start coming from the 7th semester. Almost 97% percent of students are placed but the average on-campus package is 4LPA only which is bad. The highest Package is offered by Microsoft (43 LPA) and Amazon (30 LPA) on pooled-campus. You will get more and accurate information about the placement website of the college.

Remarks:

I was quite interested in learning computer related courses and best things about our course are it makes us learn a lot from online Inorder to get good marks in exams and get good coding. I wish if the course is quite relevant to student to develop some project it would be good. College events were on of the best in Odisha Campus crowd is also fine Connectivity with other campuses is also good Surrounding is also excellent.

Remarks:

I have chosen this course because I am interested in software development. The infrastructure, faculty, and course curriculum can be improved. College life, events and fests are amazing. Seniors here are helpful. The campus located at the outskirts of town, so you have a bit of connectivity issue. The college life is the liveliest.

Remarks:

Information technology and computer Science are almost the same only name is different. But the course will affect your campus placements. There is nothing to change, and they only need to introduce machine learning subject in B.Tech also. No scholarship for an outsider, Advaita is a college event which organised every year.
