It was a industry on rise that is why I chose petroleum engineering. The had a good name in the industry as a college of petroleum engineering. They have mid semester and end sem exams only with a medium difficulty rating.

Because it's a course not many people are aware of. It's a lucrative business and demand is rising. Faculty: Student ratio is 1:2 IIT graduates and PhD holders from this stream. Every sem, there is a mid-term and an end-term. Passing is easy if one studies regular notes.

If you are shortlisted from the college campus, you can get a perfect package that is better and more than any other engineering stream. Faculties are well experienced which helps students in every aspect of the course and carrier. In-depth teaching is provided to one that requires attention. Each semester i.e 2 in a year has 2 phases one online and one written, which is difficult to pass if you are not focused on your studies.
Yearly fee for all couses in B.Tech is 310000 which is to be paid in 4 instalments in a year mainly as 60000 , 90000 , 90000 , 60000. Students get scholarship woth upto 100% on the basis of their JEE MAIN or MHTCET or 12th board marks. The scholarship is very useful in decreasing the total fee.
The MIT also provide the scholarship to the students who secured good marks in their entrance examination or other exam like JEE, so MIT gives them a scholarship according to how many marks they got in examination.Campus placement is very good big companies like ONGC, Exxon Mobil, Cairn Vedanta, Halliburton, L&T, Infosys, Cognizant and many more companies visited in campus for placement.
Well the fee as of now is expensive but they do provide the best performing students with scholarships and that's beneficiary. Annual fees would be 2, 95, 000 Rs. So it's supposed to be paid in three installments. First installment would be 1Lakh and the second one also 1Lakh Rs and the third would be 95, 000Rs.
The fees is approx 3lacs per annum. It would be very feasible considering that the college is an autonomous university now, and the job opportunities are very good. The college provides a lot of internships in the final year.
The fee structure for a year is 1.14 lakhs. The fees mentioned above is for the general catogory. There are various quotas applicable. eg for SC/St fees is 7k and so for TWFS.
