MITCOE has not yet released the cutoff for MHT CET. Though, overall cutoff for MHT-CET for 2023 was 96.07 - 99.03 percentile.
No, admission in MITCOE is entrance based and you have to qualify in the repective entrance exam as per the program you opt for.
Admission to the courses like B.Tech is based on JEE Main/MH-CET, and M.Tech is based on GATE. The MITCOE is recognized by AICTE. Check here for the admission process, entrance, courses, etc at MITCOE.
