Likes

Placements are good enough for one to survive in delhi
Almunis are very active as there is a alumini meet every year
Faculties are very good and supportive .

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not so good as the campus is of only 8 acre
Fests are not that big and artists are also not so good
Lack of sports facilities as no proper equipments are present

Course Curriculum Overview

Frequency of exams are quite high as we have two midsems ,internal viva ,external practical and lastly end sem in every semester and as we all know that one semester can last upto only 4 months so it's quite difficult for students to give exams every month

Internships Opportunities

Companies like wipro ,accenture, tcs ,Infosys offers a large number of internships to our college students.students get their internships by the end of third year with an average stipebd of 20-30 k per month .

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 175000 in my first year in which 10000 is a security amount deposit it will be refunded as soon as my degree gets completed my other batchmates have also paid the same amount of fees except ones who are jammu kashmir migrants they have a relaxation in fees

Campus Life

Enva and avensis are the major two technical fests of our college held in end of jan if you are a tech enthusiastic this is a great opportunity for you it consists hackathons ,food and a lots of fun ,now genesis is the cultural fest of our college which also happens in end of jan.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are not so good room is very small and the washroom is also Common of a floor .mess food is okaish but the menu is very repetatative .if you are a girl you need to get into the campus by 7 pm.

Hostel Fee: INR 63500 per year

Admission

As i have applied in mhtcet counselling, from which i would get a college of maharastra but i rejected them because that was very far from my home and their method of counselling was also poor i have chosen this college because its best according to my rank

Faculty

Faculties are quite supportive and good but some Faculties are not as they do not cooperate with students who are doing internships in first and second year of college but rest others are very good ..

Interview Experience

As i am in a first year so i have not given any interview but i have asked my seniors first round consists of mental ability round then there is a two technical rounds in which companies ask DSA and lastly an interview

Night Life

There is no such things as gym and cafeteria in our college as it is of only eight acre .there is only one canteen and one shakes stall in which you can get everything library is quite nice as it contains variety of books.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I choosed msit bcz it had good placements in cse/it n also infra is decent.. i applied to few other ipu clgs like bpit n mait... but msit felt better in vibe n crowd. didn’t get nsut or dtu bcz my rank was not that good.. missed cutoff by lil bit..
