What Students Say

Likes

Facilities, infrastructure, classes and maintenance
Teachers are well trained and highly educated
For each Major there are different blocks which is good to keep students segregated

Dislikes

Face Punch in systems and even for early dismissal we had to wait
Sometimes breaks were either not there or sometimes too long breaks
We sometimes had to sit in classes even while fests were going on

Course Curriculum Overview

There are some subjects which might not make sense but they are essential in every course Exams are not highly difficult but sometimes practice is really required and last moment studying is risky. Improvements could be made to make teaching fun and interactive

Class Size: 27Course Fees: INR 2000000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The per semester fees depends on the year and semester but per year usually fees is 4.76 Lakhs and total fees is approximately 19.5-20 lakhs. Scholarships are there based on merit or for sports and I had achieved 100% scholarship in first year.

Campus Life

Youth fests, concerts and weekly stalls are always there in college which makes college life fun. Amity has one of the best club environment in which each club can be joined by any student. Be it engineering , fashion, biotech there are clubs for every kind and club fests are held almost every other week

Admission

The admission process can be online through Jee entrance or Board exam results, other way is by giving Amity entrance and interview. I chose this college over others due to its high relevance in computer science, best placement history and infrastructure.

Faculty

Exam system is good, enough gaps between exams. For one subject atleast 5-6 faculties are there and it makes it easy and calm in emergency situations. Students with backs are there but thats totally on how the student studies

Night Life

Gym is there which is open till night, amity has the best famous library with three floors , best seating , coomputers and even segregated cabins. There is a hostel block accessible by even day scholars and there are top restaurants there. Even the mess is good and clean.

There is no as such reason i want join government services like isro, drdo, rrb jee, ssc jee and other psu by qualifying gate exam that's why i choose this course. Through project i have gain real world application knowledge . I think they should teach through projector and should work on practicle knowledge instead of more theoretical knowledge. The difficulty level of exam is lies between moderate to high.

My collage A centre of good

I applied the collages like Amit Institute of india, Indian Institute, vellor Institute, SRM Institute, Delhi technology. But i never get the Institute like this. Finally I get here. This is the nearest collage in near my home. I can go to collage by my on vehicle. This is so good collage in our city. And also here can godd facilities here. And also other collage want more money as fees but in this collage there is very low fees. Also there is too good playing facilities.
