One of Best College of IP University

GTBIT for me its very positive in terms of education, sports, campus, location, people. You will enjoy your time here as i did. I passed out in 2013 and proud to be part of this college. Today I am working in MNC.

Teachers and study mechanism are perfect in this college. I loved that. Semester wise exams are conducted as usual. Library is also there so that you can spend your free time there reading books and magazines.

College placement are good. They invites lot of big mnc every year so that maximum candidate can get the job in their final year only. Internship program is not there currently. They can work upon this area to make it even more better.

Technical events are being organized by technical committees like robotics, IOT ETC. Apart from this, there is one annual event named Gates in which candidate can perform and showcase their talents. In this program you can organize your own idea as well with the permission of committee head.

Fees structure can be the area they can worked upon in term of giving discount to those who are good in their academics. During my time the fees was 90000 per annum. Its 4 year course so you can estimate 360000 per annum.

No I didn't availed any kind of scholarship or loan facility. Scholarship can be taken from government if you comes under any quota or pool otherwise college does not provide anything like that. Also fees is same for all.

Labs are there for each of the stream like mechanical electrical and computer etc. Candidate can take the benefits of performing their concept practically. About sports I would say there is annual sports meet in which students can participate and show their talents in any of the sport activities.

There is no alumni network but yes this is upto you how social you are in term of making relations. You can have in touch with your senior collegue and take the idea about current industry changes. For that you are only responsible. College doesn't provide anything like that

Candidate has to clear IPU entrance exam and based on rank, he/she can get the seat in any of the college that comes under IPU during counseling. In GTBIT, there is sikh quota as well so chances of getting admission for Sikhs candidates are higher. Though i am not Sikh but I had a Rank of 191.

Faculty are highly educated and supportive. Everyone is very humble and put their efforts to create the better future. Time to time, there are going on technical events as well so that students can take the maximum benefits.
