Remarks :

For a couple of months I thought it was a very bad decision of mine to get myself admitted into this college but as few more months passed I realised the college is a very nice one with good infrastructure, experienced teachers etc the only thing that our college lacks is a playground and a auditorium. Inspite of such deficiency our college is doing grand success

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is really good for those who want to do business or expand and diversify their family business. Commerce teaches us how to maintain accounts of company , partnership and sole trading concern .... moreover it has subjects like BUSINESS STUDIES which teach u about various types of business , share markets , types of shares etc ..

Placement Experience :

Our college does not provide any internship but yess our college conducts many seminars to train the students. Last year some experienced personnel from NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA visited our campus to train the students

College Events :

Every year our college celebrates a SPORT'S WEEK in which various game including badminton, cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, chess , ludo , kho kho , thug of war , race , marathon etc are conducted

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is not too high because our college is a semi - government one ....it took me less than 20000 to complete my H.S . Our college also provides free admission to those who family income is less than 50000

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides free admission to meritorious students who have score excellent marks in h.s 1st year moreover our college also conducts several exam and through those exam many students can get scholarship

Campus Life :

Our college offers activities like NATIONAL CREDIT CORPS ,(NCC) , FOOTBALL , CRICKET , CHESS ETC MOREOVER OUR COLLEGE HAS THE WORLD'S 2ND COMMERCE LAB AFTER OSAMANIA UNIVERSITY AND THAT'S THE PROUDEST MOMENT

Alumni/Alumna :

Try alumni and seniors are really very helpful. It's because of the alumni and seniors our college can conduct sports week very peacefuly with grand success. Our alumni and seniors always try to give their time whenever they are free .

Faculty :

The faculty are really good with experience of more than 10years most of them are helpful and cooperate with the students. They even allow the students to meet them personally. Under the guidance of these faculties our college got 8 rank holders from ASAAM in the year 2016

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is really hard and it all depends on me how much I study because the teachers doesn't teach good. And there's 7 subjects in the course which is too much. The exams timing are sometimes too late or too early. And the questions papers are set really hard sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I want to be a good doctor and I want to serve my patients well and I am interested in the course. The student's teachers ratio is 50:1 and the teacher gives full details and concentration to their students The qualifications are 70 percent for all the students and the teacher teaching methods are very nice and one to one interaction. There were final exams in 6 months and weekly tests are conducted and it is easy to pass the exam

Placement Experience:

Students of Masters get their placements most probably and only B.com (h) finance and accounts will be getting paid internship at their 3rd year I don't know about all the companies but some companies like amazon, bajaj, tata come for campus recruitments as shown in the prospectus of the college. The highest average package is 1 lakh. 20 to 30% of students get placements in reputed companies After I complete my Graduation I will continue my Fathers business and I will also complete my post-graduation.

Placement Experience:

The students get placement from the final year. The companies are Microsoft, Bandhan bank, HDFC Bank etc. The average package is 8 lakh and the highest package is 26 lakh. The maximum number of students who get placement having a percentage of 60+. I plan to get a job at Microsoft.

Life At Goalpara College

Admission:

The admissions to my college are done by taking into account the marks you score in your 12th class examinations. I scored really good marks therefore was selected for this course. Post my selection I visited the campus to deposit the fees.

Placement Experience:

The placements at my college were good, in my graduation year the placement rates were pretty high and the average package for B.com touched rupees 4.5 lakhs per annum. A number of good companies like mahindra,Reliance and cognizant came for placements.

This college offers the best courses for students

Remarks:

The college has really good infrastructure and good facilities. The faculty is also very well educated and teaches the students very well. It has really good placements for the students as well.

Admission:

Just like majority of colleges in India this college also follows merit-based admissions system. So to be eligible for an admission the student has to pass 12th and 10th grade with really good percentage and then apply online for admission.
