Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very informative and helps us to study efficiently. The end semester exams are difficult to pass and practical subjects like CAB are also examined, however the course has been designed so that we can understand all the topics in a better manner.
Placement Experience :
The placements at my college were good, in my graduation year the placement rates were pretty high and the average package for B.com touched rupees 4.5 lakhs per annum. A number of good companies like mahindra,Reliance and cognizant came for placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees structure at my college was very flexible and feasible, the fees per year was rupees 22,000 per year, making the total fees rupees 66,000 for the whole course. Students also have the option to finance there studies by a scholarship.
Campus Life :
Students at Goalpara college are really active when it comes to extracurricular activities. The environment of the college is pretty chill and you have a variety of places to hangout at. Personally speaking, the cultural socities of the college were really good.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are good. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with all the basic amenities. The hostels are on campus and provide housing options to the students at less prices. Both the hostels provided freshly cooked food.
Admission :
The admissions to my college are done by taking into account the marks you score in your 12th class examinations. I scored really good marks therefore was selected for this course. Post my selection I visited the campus to deposit the fees.
Faculty :
The faculty is well trained and is vastly experienced, the teachers are highly qualified and act as our mentors. The teachers are the designated heads of there respective student societies and manage there working.
