Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose it as as I would preparing for government jobs therefore it will be quite helpful in this branch although it's quite hard.as I researched I found many seniors are into gate so it's provide quite a good environment

Internships Opportunities :

As I know in electrical and electronics and communication branch many person are doing internship like in companies like nvidia bhel and many more I don't have idea about the stipend offered for from every branch as per my knowledge 5 to 10 student are doing internship

Placement Experience :

Many companies visit here for placement and even interships are offered but you have to maintain 7.5 cgpa for good as many companies don't allow students below 7.5 cgpa here almost 60 to 70 percent people get place

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is same as other nits but scholarship yo have to be in top 10 percent in your class or have family income less than 2 lakhs.if. You are under the 10 percent than your acadmic fees is returned to you

Campus Life :

Here there are many fest and even some small scale fest are also organised by the students here and we even go to iits for sports.college.has quite good lab and we can say the biggest lab here at jammu

Hostel Facilities :

Here hostel are good in first year yo are provided 2 seater room and after in second yo can get 2 or 1 salester room respective of acaibility of room but in 3 and 4 you will get access to single room

Admission :

It's less crowded compared to other colleges that's a big relief therefore it's quite a good thing.no I haven't got rejection from other colleges .we can take admission here through jee main and jossa csab counsellg

Faculty :

Many of them are PhD graduated especially in my branch my professors are nice and you can approach them for any short of help regarding academics.here especially lab faculty is quite nice and they teach experimental things individually

Other Applied Colleges

Lovely Professional University - [LPU] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Too crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

Computer science is an interesting course with a good job opportunity. The exams however are exhausting, not that difficult but exhausting. The question papers are prepared by the faculty itself and papers are checked by the faculty too.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible from 7th semister for the university placements. There are various companies that visit the university like TCS, Airtel, Jio, Infosys, etc. Some students do get placed at packages of around 5 LPA. My plans are to develop skills and apply for jobs outside university placements.

Placement Experience:

I think the students become eligible for placements after 6 th semester, if you are from CS / IT then you'll get enough opportunities for yourself... I know 8-9 seniors who have grabbed a pretty decent package from companies like Oracle If somehow you fail to get recruited on campus then i guess the off campus option is open for all I am pretty satisfied with the placement record atleast for IT The percentage placement for this year CSE was 51 considering recession part this seems good to me

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically the faculty also does not know what questions will be in the external exams, so they need to cover whole syllabus and 4 months are not sufficient to cover the whole syllabus. I did not learn any practical thing there so it was the worse decision of my life to join the course. The curriculum only prepares you to handle the pressure and makes you really strong. "What will happen with 1 backlog now" They first need to know what is important and what can they skip. Timings were good but the last 2 semisters were taken in 8 months that was difficult to manage

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is not same every year . I didn't get placement and almost majority students do not get placement of my batch in all streams it's also because of the recession going in our country. But the companies that come here took girls only their focus was to balance girls and boys ratio in their office so companies were taking girls only very few boys were placed . Less than 50% students were palced from my stream. Highest package was of 10 lakhs and 4 students were placed in that company with a contract of 5 years only others were placed at an average package of 5-6 lakhs

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty and seniors are more cooperative than I thought, they create an environment for every student to learn a few more aspects in their domain. There should be some gap given in the time table, so that there will be less academic stress

Course Curriculum Overview:

• B.e./B.Tech is one the most popular course, i prefer this course with an idea of securing well paid job after completion of this professional degree. Also i was good in mathematics and science from the childhood. • SSM College is a private university with multiple campuses in India. It is known for its large student population and expansive academic programs. However, specific data on the faculty-to-student ratio may vary across different campuses and departments within the university. It can contribute to a better learning experience and individualized support for students. • Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching / research /industry of which 2 years post PhD experience is desirable. • Use multiple sources of data for each course. • Mid term exams were on time after completing 2 chapters from all subject. It is done before Major exams. It is easy to pass mid term exams as it is of 50 marks and pass marks is just 20
