This is a very good college and mostly preffered for B.E in kashmir
College management is very good this college management helping in poor students giving scholarship schemes

Dislikes

Results are comming tooo late and after every result there is discrepancy
If you fail in mid term your result in major exam will also get fail

Course Curriculum Overview :

• B.e./B.Tech is one the most popular course, i prefer this course with an idea of securing well paid job after completion of this professional degree. Also i was good in mathematics and science from the childhood. • SSM College is a private university with multiple campuses in India. It is known for its large student population and expansive academic programs. However, specific data on the faculty-to-student ratio may vary across different campuses and departments within the university.It can contribute to a better learning experience and individualized support for students. • Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching / research /industry of which 2 years post PhD experience is desirable. • Use multiple sources of data for each course. • Mid term exams were on time after completing 2 chapters from all subject. It is done before Major exams.It is easy to pass mid term exams as it is of 50 marks and pass marks is just 20

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 46900 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

• Ther is no fee hike as it is done by jkbopee as 46900.The cost of studying in India for international students can vary depending on the university and program of study • The fee structure is 46900 yearly without transport and hostel fee. Below-poverty students can apply for scholarships also. Our college also provides Internships and in return, they give us certificates and a stipend

Campus Life :

• TechFest in Collaboration with Rados Engineering Conducted on 27 Nov • The College has a well – equipped computerized library with more than 52438 Books and about 246 Journals and online Journals, E-books on various disciplines. • The college has well designed class rooms with the essential teaching aids like audio visual equipment overhead projectors, slide projectors, T. V for the use of faculty members and students. • Physical activity is essential to the holistic development of students which is vital to their physical, social and emotional health. The benefits of sport reach beyond the impact of physical well-being and the educational benefits of sport are extremely valuable. Extra curricular activities include Academic Activities,Personality Activities and Community Activities • No there is not any website and social group But there is a club named 10 Tables

Admission :

• In the 10+2 levels, a qualifying aggregate score of at least 50% is necessary. • Admissions to the B.Tech are done on the basis of JKCET. It state-level entrance test that is conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.Application form is available for entrance examination on jkboper.gov.in Application dates are available from September -october session • I have not availed but there is a Tuition Fee Waiver(TFW) scheme for those students whose family income is below 8 lakhs • Give complete information about courses, placements, faculties, grants, and other crucial information on your website.

Awesome moment to rethink about my university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have 4 branch right now. I was interested in cyber security because it's such a field which can't be taken by AI. And our university also provide internship under DRDO. Similarly we have Avionics branch and every year our professor select some brilliant student for the internship and send them to IIST for the project under ISRO.

Remarks:

The management does not work for the growth of students traits they just handle the classes and teachers.

Admission:

There is JKCET entrance exam in j&k for the admission to engineering colleges in j&k.The merit list is prepared and you got the admission. Since it is a minority college 50 percent seats are reserved for sikhs for that there is another entrance exam for sikhs.
