Tha faculty were well trained and almost all the techers have their PhD.

Dislikes

The duration of the classes were a killer too long

Course Curriculum Overview :

My interest in technology. The curriculum gets updated each year. More practical can make the curriculum more effective. The difficulty of exam level is more than average also you can cheat because of the cameras.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 82000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides with internship almost to students fo every branch . The amity portal has its own section of intership column where we can apply and after the interview we can get an internship. I got an internship at India Meterological Department.

Placement Experience :

The placements are average. This year the placements were not good but it was all because of the recession. Big companies like Accenture, SAP Labs , TCS, Infosys and many mor companies come for job placements.

Fees and Financial Aid :

My first sem fees was 61k then per sem it hot increased by 5%. It included all the other facilities that were provided by the university such as labs, development fees, etc. You can also get scholarships if you 12th percentage is good. Also the college provides scholarships and also some financial aids for the students.

Campus Life :

Each month the college conducts some kinds of events and also special events for the festivities. Aslo the college conducts its fest once a yera which is quite huge which we call it Amiphoria. Other than that hundreds of events are organised by the university.

Admission :

I chose this college because it has a good reputation and also very close to my house . From the very beginning i had in my mind that this is tha college i have to go For the admission process you have to fill the form and then you have to give an interview.

Faculty :

The faculty-to-student ration is exactly what a university should have. You can approach the faculty once they are free and the'll never hesitate to help you out. All those faculty members i disliked left the college. The exams are conducted at the last of each semester and also mid sem are held between each semester.

Actually after you qualify for your jee exams after this you think who is the better collage and after this for this college which is better branch for your interest but after jee not so much intrest about branches feels like every branch is same for me Than u choose your brach to see the packages . Placement Experience:

College placements are not good but now a day it is getting better year by year. 10 to 20 percent of students get placement rest students go for the off campus Placement.My plan is to clear gate exam .

Everything about NIT Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester beginning only top companies start visiting the campus. All top IT companies visit the college. CSE branch has an average of 27 lpa with around 95% placements. The core branch also has very good placements. The MME branch and PIE branch has the best placements compared to every NITs. I am preparing for UPSC ESE. On an average around 97% students gets placed. Lowest package is 6.5 lpa and the highest is 82.5 lpa by Atlassian offered to 5 students of CSE, ECE and EE.

Replacement of our college is very good and it Jamshedpur is famous for placement only. In our branches that is civil here maximum packages 20 lpa and the average package is approx 8 lpa.
