    Course Curriculum Overview :

I'd a interest in Electrical Engineering branch for very long. That thing is one of the reason of mine to choose EE at DTU. The curriculum is updated in 2023 to implement real-world applications. The exams happen in every 1.5-2 months. Teachers are moderate.

    Internships Opportunities :

There is a good scope of getting internships at DTU, be it on-campus or off-campus. A good CGPA & relevant skills with THE DTU tag will for sure land you in a decent internship. Stipend may vary accordingly.

    Placement Experience :

Since, right now I'm in 2nd year at DTU, All I have heard about placements from seniors is that placements are good at DTU. You just have to maintain a good CGPA. Placements has seen a drop in 2023 batch because of recession but overall the placements are good.

    Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee for the 1st year at DTU in 2023 was Rs. 2,29,000. The fee is bit increaed in further years. There is a spike of around Rs. 10,000. DTU does't provide any scholarships on merit basis. However, there are some scholarships available.

    Campus Life :

The annual fest here at DTU is "Engifest" which is usually conducted in Mid February every year. Annual Tech Fest of DTU is "INVICTUS". I have attended both of these fests & they were amazing. The library is multistory at DTU have decent amount of books available.

    Admission :

You'll have to appear for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE). Admission is done on the basis of your JEE Mains CRL rank. Joint Admission Committee(JAC) Delhi is the counselliing you should apply for to get admission in DTU.

    Faculty :

I'm doing B TECH in Electrical Engineering at DTU, The main reason of chosing it was my CRL rank in JEE mains & the tag & value that DTU. It has a very large & credible alumni. The faculty to student ratio is 1:60, in some courses it is around 1:30.

    Placement Experience:

Placements are going abyssmal recently. due to sudden hike in number of students and the recession going on, there is utter discomfort among students regarding the placement season. most companies do visit the campus, but theyjust take 2 or 3 students and leave. the packages are pretty good, but only few people get to bag those. so at the end of season, there is a few population placed in good companies, and a big population left unemployed.

Good placement opportunities student can sit for placement from 7th semester companies will come. Avg package for cse/IT is around 7 lpa and for ece is 4-5 lpa. No good internship opportunities on campus you have to try off campus. Top recruiters are zomato, chayos, amazon, zs associates, josh technology, tcs, juapay, cvent, cognizant, yamaha and many more companies.... Highest package is 50 lpa in Microsoft and lowest is 3.5 lpa.

The campus placement is okayish nor too good neither too bad the average package here is around 6 lpa which is less but some companies do come and place the students in the campus itself also the network of alumni is good they also apply for offcampus placement and try build a network for the juniors. We often get internship notification from our seniors only

DU has many reputable colleges and departments that offer high-quality education, but like any institution, there may be variations in the quality of education depending on the specific course, faculty members, resources available, and other factors. there is some frequency for exam along with your perspective on their moderate level

My course is btech in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I think this has a very big scope in future. But as my first year is conpleted, we didn't learn anything related to it except C language. Let's wait and see for our 2nd year

From 4th semester companies started hiring interns which happens incampus obviously and they also pay kind of decent stipend somewhere around 20-40k. Placements here is decent enough like if you want that 1cr package you'll have to look for off campus placement.

Last years and around 60 % of the students have been placed. Also the average package has gone down and most companies are IT, consultancy and finance. Especially low placements for core engineering fields

    Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to pursue engineering and ipu has a great reputation. placements is also decent.Faculty is nice and teaching method is also nice. Student ratio is pretty bad especially in cse. There are two exams in one semester the midsem and endsem. Exams are moderately difficult. The college is also in a very lively location in Delhi and has many places for students to hang out. Faculty at msit, is well educated and best at their job of teaching, almost all the teachers are experience holders, teaching at msit. It's easy to pass the exams If you study from teachers notes because most of the questions are related to their notes in midsem and endsem. Exams are of 30 marks and 75 marks and passing marks are 12 and 30.But the cse branch is considered as top branch in the msit and is preferred over the other branches is what I have been told by the seniors. The faculty is quite qualified and know how to teach labs are also well maintained .
