Course Curriculum Overview :

The return on investment is very good of civil engineering there which i opted for and as a core subject the placement ratio is very good There are labs and workshops for every department The exam pattern is two mid semester exam and one end semester and all are important

Class Size : 110Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many internships are offered here in college companies visit in college and offer it or we can get it online Companies like TATASTEEL offer internships and give stipend of 15000 and many other companies visit and even offer PPO

Placement Experience :

From end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit here like L&T, vedanta ,Adani,TATA STEEL,TATA POWER,Sri cement,etc offering offers more than students eligible. About 70 percent from every branch of stydents get placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tution fee is very nominal as compared to other universities or colleges which is only 15000 for general students and even less for reserved categories student Complete cost of eductaion will be somewhere between 60000 to 70000 for 4 years There are many scholarships avilable like Ekalyan for obc,sc and st stydents giving 29000 per year. ffe for all students giving scholarships

Campus Life :

Overall campus life is good here, there are many fests organised here technical or cultural both and many students participate. Central library has variety of books of every department including books for competition exams Classrooms are clean and well organised Sports and extracurricular activities are offered here there is club ground avilable for playing there are many clubs

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities is one of the best thing here you get good rooms good bathrooms supportive wardens etc Bed table light furniture are offered in every room Hostel mess charge 4000 per month and give quality of food with variety offered You can rent room outside the college also

Hostel Fee : INR 10000 per year

Admission :

The applicant should complete its intermediate from science stream. Application form, fees and dates are avilable in college website or in jcceb website. Reservation benefits for all reserved candidates , girls candidates also get reservations here. Cutoff is less as compared to NITs

Faculty :

There are many faculties available for different departments all are highly qualified and they are very supportive and their skills are very good in their respective departments they conduct tests on regular basis

A college with tremendous placement

Placement Experience:

Almost all the students of NIT Jamshedpur are placed irrespective of their branch. Coming to Civil branch the placement percentage is above 95 percent. And the average package is around 9 lpa. So in terms of placement NIT Jamshedpur is among one of the best NITs of India.

BIT MESRA - A BOON OR A BANE

Placement Experience:

The palcements scenario is decent in our college . Here very good comapnes come for recuritment but they are grenerally for the branches like computer science and IT. Other branches like ECE and EEE also have decent placemnets but othereise all other branches have a pretty dull placemnet scene.

Placements are okay, we have nearly 50-70% placements this year. Students are eligible for placements from 4 th Year. Average placement package in my branch is around 10 lakh PA, highest being around 20 LPA. I plan to do masters after my bachlor's degree.

BIT Sindri Review from an insider perspective.

Placement Experience:

Final year students i.e. from 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Companies like Tata Steel, L&T , Vedanta limited, TSUIL, TCE, Adani group, Aditya Birla group and many more companies visited the campus for placements. Also Core engineering branch students are also eligible for IT companies like TCS , Accenture, Deloitte etc they also visit campus. Total offers made this year was around 400 Average package is around 6.5 LPA. Highest package is 13.2 LPA by Vedanta for GET role. Around 75% of students were placed. My plans after degree :- I am joining L&T Constructions after my degree. I was offered this role by L&T during my campus placements. My responsibilities will be to assist the senior engineers and learn from them.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year one can go for placements, they are eligible. Campus placements do happen. Infosys, tcs, wipro, and many more companies visit here and hire the most skilled engineers. The percentage is obviously really good. A minimum of 80% of the students get placed in good-paying jobs.

NJT JAMSHEDPUR is known for its Placement. This NIT offers more than 95% Placement in all the branches. The good thing is that 100% Placement in core branches.
