  • We have less infrastructure facilities. The class are not digital
  • We do not have any campus, it's a small college building without any playground and campus

Course Curriculum Overview :

One thing that inspires me to take the course is my father. He's also an ex-student of our college. Exams are held on a semester basis once in 6 months. We were given extra time for preparation before one month of the exam. But the teachings maybe more fun and effective if we had digital classrooms

Internships Opportunities :

Firstly our college do not provide any in campus placement or internships. We have to do it by ourselves. We do have to do internship under advocate or any other organisations from 7th semester to 10th semester. And we gets cgpa for that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides two courses Bachelor's of Law + Batchelor's of Art's (General) Bachelor's of law + Batchelor's of Art's (Honers) Fees structure is 12000 to 30000 No scholarship is being provided by the college and we do not have a hostel facility

Campus Life :

I am one of the members of youth parliament and it's quite amazing. We do not have any annual function. Bt freshers party and farewell are given to students. We have annual sports function and it is held every year . Bt classrooms are not digitally well equipped

Admission :

One can apply to course if he/she has secured 60% in 12th. Bt the cut off percentage can very year to year. The application form can be filled through the official website of the college. Reservation benefits are available to students. The exams are taken twice in a year and they are not so difficult one can secure good marks if he had studied properly.

Faculty :

Our faculty is well educated and have PhD degree. We have 1 teacher for almost 50 students. The teachers are friendly and helpful and one can easily talk to them when needed. Our principal is also very helpful. One can meet him whenever needed.

Other Applied Colleges

University of North Bengal | Bachelor of Laws [L.L.B.] {Hons.}

My percentage were not good because we do not have board exam due to Covid-19

Placement Experience:

NUJS boasts near 100% placements, there is a dedicated Campus Recruitment Committee which has elected student members as well as a Faculty Co-ordinator. Some students get PPOs and therefore they do not sit for Day Zero. Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms as well as Mncs hire with packages ranging around 14-20 lpa.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Law as a course has developed throughout the years and there are only a few shortcomings in the studying aspect of it. Law, in a broad sense, can be applied to almost each and every problems that citizens of India face, be it corporate law, criminal, civil law. In an even broader sense, there is Constitutional law. A major fault in the teaching and course is the excessive teaching of landmark judgements and lesser number of moot courts which in practice might land young lawyers in trouble coming from the judiciary since they're just too much aware of different landmark judgements but not the cases/context behind it. Mainly, four exams are held which concern the actual marks- Internals and Externals. First internal and external is typically held on January or February and Second internal and external during July or August.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1)My decision towards taking this course started from class 11...I always wanted to fight rather provide justice and to know the citizens point of view and to provide the citizens of the country justice... 2)The curriculum really prepared us really well ... revisions after revisions helping us to understand each and everything in very simple and easy language... 3)I am no one to give suggestions as each thing about the teaching method of the teachers are splendid 4) The difficulty level is surely there but even after that the teacher manages us well though doubt clearing classes so that we feel easy

Course Curriculum Overview:

B. A. Ll. B. is the fundamental and definitive degree for law. It is a must for anyone in the field of law. However the degree itself and the curriculum is quite theoretical in nature and doing internships makes us realise that the practical side of Law is neglected in the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I can say, that the college has one of the best faculty I have ever seen. The course curriculum is also very good as it has a very planned course which enables you to be a good lawyer in the future. The professors are very good and knowledgeable and most important the way they teach is amazing. One can score high marks if he has clear knowledge of the subjects.
