My college gives freedom of living and allowance to roam or to participate in different social clubs which is good part. I also like aesthetics of college specially the IIT Roorkee Main building which represents every iitR student.
My college also provides the great hostel facilities specially the concept of single room which enhanced my college experience. I also like how academics is managed without any burden semester course might be not that tough.

Hostel checking is a bit problematic still warden is friendly.
Everyone in campus is very serious about studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Acadmic curriculum is based on core for me it is chemical. Chemical engineering is full of physical chemistry and not about organic or inorganic. full of thermodynamics , chemical kinetics and reactors. If you dont like maths then this course is for you. Curriculum is full of chemical industries based problems. Every semester has two exams mid sem and end term. like mid exam starts after a month of sem start and end term starts after 2 months gap of mid term exam.

Class Size : 130Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

My friend got a intern in goldman sacs 4 months intership for INR 60,000/- month. There is a particular session for internship made by students for other students. This year intern season was not that good.

Placement Experience :

1. After 6 semester students become eligible for campus placements 2. Companies like google, facebook,microsoft, paytm, accenture, goldman sac, wipro, zomato, flipkart etc. 737 out of 824 were placed last year. 3. According to me Highest was 1.2 cr and lowest was about 8 lpa. 4. I am preparing for placement this year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fees is about 1lac for sem and it also gives a fee waiver on income based like for income less or equal to 1 lac tuition fee is 0, for 1lac-4lac its 2/3rd and for 4lac> is 1lac. Also provides scholarship like MCM means if your cgpa is 7 or greater you get 10000 a sem. For sc/st tuition fee is 0.

Campus Life :

1. Cultural fest is Thomso( Biggest fest of north india) and Cognizance ( technical fest) 2. Libary has wide range of books. 3. Projectors as well as seats with with electic sockets for chargings. 4.IIT ROORKEE is good in sports as well as has good sporting facility. 5.There are many social groups or clubs which helps in overall personality development.

Hostel Facilities :

1. ROOM is furnished with a table, bed, chair. 2. Food is ok ok but somtimes its good 3.Registration process for hostel allocation is very easy can be done physically through hostel office 4. I am living in hostel

Hostel Fee : INR 35000 per year

Admission :

JEE MAINS & JEE advanced score.I GOT 72 marks in jee advanced and got chemical engineering JEE WEBSITE Jee provides a reservation benefits for obc,sc&st. Jee mains is a bit easy than Jee advanced but for admissions in IIT you have to qualify both. JEE mains occurs twice a year Jee ADVANCED occurs once a year.

Faculty :

Prof to student ratio is about 1:6. Some are very cooperative but some of them create problems specially in grading. It is very easy to apporach prof simply email them to get there free timings. As for the final year projects it is very easy for me to meet prof.

All about graphic Era university dehradun

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being an engineering student,I get to experience both practical and theoretical knowledge throughout my journey. Geu provides great academic curriculum for learning. We have fully equipped computer labs, chemistry lab, physics lab . We have 2 time exam in a particular semester. Although the difficulty level differs from subject to subject but I'll admit they are little hard also the evaluation is also not lenient.

Honest review for graphic era hill University

Placement Experience:

The company starts coming right from the 6th semester for internship and PPO. Some companies that visited campus last placement season are PayPal, Amazon, Google, zscaler Volvo etc more than 2500 offers given. The highest package was given by Atlassian which was of 84 LPA. 95 percent of the elegible students for placement get placed. My plans after getting degree is to pursue masters.

LIFE AT GEU

Placement Experience:

Placement in GEU are very good.Many MNC like accenture , wipro visit GEU for pool campus placement. HIghest package at my time is 7 lakh that is from L&T. I got offer from accenture & wipro both. Around 60% of student offered with job at colledge only.
