Dislikes

Although the hostel itself and the rooms are good ,but basic necessities like water and wifi arent available to us due to poor maintenence
The water purifier provided to is doesnt work properly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Well most people would say that enginnering colleges nowadays are teaching very old tech which isn't prevalent in the real world, but it's important to start learning mew topics from the basics. However there are new tech related courses available to us in the form of electives which are very interesting to learn

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 1000000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships here are offered from the start of third year, where companies come to campus and conduct online tests and interviews to select students. Reputed companies such as Microsoft, Google, Qualcomm, Nvidia provide internships.

Placement Experience :

Internships here at nit trichy start at the start of third year, where companies visit the campus and select students for internships that is to be done at the end of third year. Companies again do visit campus in the final year for offering placements

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of btech at nit trichy varies from student to student. Students belonging to different categories have different fee structure The college also provides scholarships to deserving and needy students

Campus Life :

Here at Nit Trichy we have fests throughout the year. Nittfest, Festember, Pragyan, and Sportsfete are a few to name We also have several clubs such as Delta, spider, toastmasters international, English literature club, dance, music just to name a few

Hostel Facilities :

We have total of 23 boys hostel and 6 girls hostels The hostels at nitt are decent compared to other government institutes However due to poor maintenance basic needs such as water filter, wifi etc don't always function properly. But it's manageable Coming to the mess, we have both north and south Indian mess that provide veg as well as nonveg options and the food is decent

Hostel Fee : INR 35000 per year

Admission :

For securing admission here at Nit Trichy one must give the JEE mains examination. Again the cutoffs for different courses depends on your category or home state One must have a minimum of 75% in class 12 boards and get a good enough percentile in mains to get in nit trichy

Faculty :

The professors we have here are some of the best. They are truly passionate about their subjects and take things very seriously. And yes they also give tough papers and very harsh grading. They are available tous at any time throughout the day be it online or offline.

80 percentage of the students got the placements at the end o their bachelor, if we don't have backlogs means they definitely provide placements to each and every student in their college. Mostly based on ours performance.

Great college low influence

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i had more interest in computer field and i wanted to learn and gain more knowlege in the field of computer science.Here in this college there are very minimun students and staff compared to othe colleges.In this college the faculty members are well qualified.The exam were conducted in very strict manner and it was not an easy job to get pass in the examinations.
