Remarks :

The college takes admission through JOSAA and CSAB councelling for students who cleared jee mains and also conducts internal exams for admission which consists of exams for 10th passed students, 12 the passed students and diploma cleared students. I got in through NEE 1 which is for the 10th passed students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are 3 exams conducted, for first exam eligibility is after 10th and the course will be of 6 years, for 2nd exam the eligibility is after 12th and the duration of the course will be of 4 years, and for the third the eligibility is after doing diploma and duration of the course will be 3 years, the application forms are available in the institute website and it's still accepting responses for some more time period

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 6000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of this college is very affordable for almost everyone, it's just 5500 for a semester of 6 months which is definitely very less in comparison to other colleges plus students also get scholarships based on their state policies I chose this branch as I love robotics and also love doing coding on different topics in my free time, I also have a dream of working for a robotic based company in future, so it was sensible according to me to choose Electronics and Communication Engineering

Campus Life :

There are lot's of college fests being organised in this college, like Racaf which is a cultural fest, Synergy, which is a sports meet, and Shristi which is a technical festival, overall freshers meet and branch freshers meet and also union freshers meet is also conducted, and similarly farewells are also organised in the same manner.

Hostel Facilities :

We get unlimited free WiFi throughout the year, though we have restrictions in it as it is being continuously monitored to prevent misuse of it. The hostel is even free as we don't have to pay for it, we just have to pay for the food, which is also less as we have to pay only 15000 for a semester in which we get non veg daily.

Placements of my college is average, as the location is remote only a limited number of companies visit for placement. - From seventh sem students become eligible for campus placements. - The highest package offered till now for on campus is 19lpa by C-Dot and average package is 8lpa. - Students getting placed differs from branch to branch , in cse almost every students gets placed who are eligible. - Also i am planning for M.tech if i do not get a good placement.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh - An Honest Overview

Placement Experience:

From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements if they dont have a backlog as many companies do not allow arrays in the semester. The companies visited are Deloitte , Alstom , HCL , TCS etc. Almost 100 percent students are placed in my college I would join an MNC after getting a degree

Remarks:

It is the best technical College in our state and the course I took was good for developments in our state as it is an agriculture based state. Students from various parts of North East come here through entrance. Seats are there for all India students too.So NERIST is full of diversity in culture,caste and race.It provides B.tech,B.sc,MBA, M.tech,M.sc,P.hd program.The course I took was Agricultural Engineering.It was a much needed course in our state which directly depended its economy in agriculture.
