Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of my interest in this field.It is an evergreen branch among all branches.It is the college providing both mechanical and aerospace branches together in single course. In my college ,we have a good faculty :student ratio.My faculty teaching here are excellent in this subject and well qualified.They all pursued higher education in this stream from excellent universities,mainly from abroad.In our college we are having fractals type of curriculum which makes me to read and up to date with the classes.We are having a well designed curriculum with six segments for each semester.We are having best internship opportunities and faculty makes us to get hands on experience with every project in our course.Our exams will be a bit difficult but listening to our classes makes us to perform well.
Internships Opportunities :
Students will be given internship opportunities in their third year.They gets internship for roles like web developer, software developer, aerospace scientist in nasa or isro. They will get paid for the internship in the duration period. Companies will help in this journey to the students.
Placement Experience :
We are having the best placement opportunities. Students in our college gets internship opportunities in their third year.If they performed well in their internship,the company provides preplacement offers before completing their engineering.Many best companies like Google, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, etc come to our college to hire students. I would like to pursue Mtech ,PhD after my engineering.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I can say IIT Hyderabad fees is a bit higher when compared to remaining colleges.For each semester we have 1 lakh as tution fees.We also have hostel fees approximately forty seven thousand.so,total we should pay 17 lakhs for four years in BTECH.One can apply for National Scholarship if he/she is eligible for it.He/She can also avail education loan with vidya laxmi scheme.IIT Hyderabad offers lot of internships for students with considerable stipend amount.
Campus Life :
Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad provides the best campus life experience to students.It has the best infrastructure among all colleges .It gives opportunities to join in various clubs like cephid, sunshine, shuffle ,vibes ,music ,etc.We will be having various fests like elan and n vision ,Milan hostel fests,hostel utsav,etc.Students take part in every program.We had the best sports complex,which provides facility to play and involve in every game.
Hostel Facilities :
We are having the best hostel life experience among all the colleges.Each student is given a single room with study table, chair ,cupboard.We are having the best view from our room windows.Our mess food will have both northern and southern foods.We also have salad consisting all types of fruits and vegetables.Meal quality is good and menu contains all types of Indian foods.
Admission :
As I have mentioned I got seat in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering department at IIT Hyderabad.One who studied class 12 are eligible to take JEE .Once they cleared JEE mains examination,they can give JEE advance examination if qualified.If you are qualified in Advance exam too then based on your rank you can sit for josaa counselling.It is a combined counselling for IIT's ,NIT's ,IIIT's ,GFTI's and other universities too. If you are not qualified for JEE Advance exam ,they you will have options only from NIT,s,universities except IIT,s.To apply for JEE mains and advanced one can go to official website of NTA.In seat allocation of JOSAA ,students can submit their caste certificate to avail their reservation benefits.In both NIT's and IIT's there is a supernumery quota for girls .After all the six rounds ,your seat gets improved and finalised.If you are not satisfied with the seat,you can cancel your seat and participate in special round called CSAB .it was a fairly good counselling
