The food is awesome in our campus. The canteen food is also good
The hostels provide radiant cooling during summer.

There is no proper library in our campus even though we have a big building for library
The sports grounds for hockey and football are not good

Course Curriculum Overview :

In ENG Science we can explore all other courses and we can even choose CS or AI after 2 years. it will be around 1:60 Almost all faculty have a PHD

Class Size : 35Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like google Amazon Microsoft serviceNow jio etc visited our campus in last sem. Roles like software developer, data scientist, machine learning jobs, management, etc. Projects regarding block chain, networks, machine learning, compilers, OS etc are available.

Placement Experience :

Students from 7th semester are eligible for placements. Companies like google, Amazon, Microsoft, serviceNow, jio, etc have visited. Highest package is more than 65lakhs and average package is around 20lakhs. My plan is to become an IAS officer

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for the hostel are a bit more than other IITs but the mess fees are reasonable. There are plenty of scholarships for women, physically handicapped, and EWS. They will even provide free laptops for 4 years for EWS students

Campus Life :

Life is chill in IITH. There is not much burden for students regarding courses. Annual fest and tech fest are not up to the mark. There is a big building for the library but no books are there.

Admission :

1. Everything is according to the rank we get. 2. The application form will be in the JOSAA website. We should fill our roll number and our date of birth to access the form 3. Cutoff is less for reserved candidates. 4. Everything is fine.

I was quite disappointed with the cirriculum that has been designed. Its not at all tailored to teach you the approaches for solving the real world problems . The cirriculum is atleast 10 years behind. The same old things are taught. Talking about exams, they are conducted for every quarter of a semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing this college was done when I was in my Intermediate, I was attracted to the Courses & mainly towards a BS Degree. We have Regular classes along with a Digital Teaching system. & most of the assignments are activity based which helps in gaining practical & theoretical based Knowledge. The teaching faculty are really good, and most of them are down to earth. Along with us, Our teachers also work hard, they train us in the best way they can. We can openly discuss our doubts, or topics, which we feel hard or unable to understand, etc. By working hard, we can easily pass the term exams, without great difficulty.
