Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is fine. Not much subjects which are unrelated to your career except in first year. Faculty are mostly young . Ratio is 1:13. Exams are conducted 3 times a semester CT 1,2 and end sem.

Class Size : 68Course Fees : INR 340000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

College mainly help in getting research opportunities in other collegs some IIT's and NIT's. With some stipend. Mostly internships are grabbed by students themselves . College plays were little role in grabbing internship

Placement Experience :

Placements were good last year but not this year. Companies which visited last year were amazon, jio, C Dot, linkedin, bharatpe , apache. Highest package was 60lpa Average package was 14 lpa. 88% of students were placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no hike in fees. The fees is fixed for four year for a particular batch you can see that on the website. Total fees is 13.6 lakh for our batch. Scholarships are either provided by central govt or state govt. On basis of income and category.

Campus Life :

Life is chill on campus. Annual fest is mridang which is cultural fest and meraki is techinal fest. There is also sports fest which is known as yalgaar. Library is small and less no. Of books are present . Outdoor games are available but lack indoor games.

Hostel Facilities :

Provided room is shared by 3 person which are choosen randomly by picking up a token. Hostel has badminton courts in centre and mess is present in each hostel. There are 3 hostels. Meal quantity is eatable. Hostel is registered at time of admission. Cost 43k per sem.

Hostel Fee : INR 86000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility of course is to have PCM in 11th and 12th. You have to give JEE for it. Seat is alloted on basis of jee rank by JoSAA and CSAB. For my branch cutoff was 30-36k in 2023. Seats are reserved as per JoSAA guidelines

Companies do come to our college for placements. And students become eligible for campus placement after 7 semester . And after completing their degree they are placed to companies . 40% students get placement every year .

College is good if you only want degree at affordable cost but its not for you if you want to enjoy your college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculam is not good. Focus is more on theory rather than on Practical knowledge. Students have to study on their own to be industrial ready. Students study through online and offline courses to be ready to work in industry. Course curriculum doesn't prepares us for the real-world applications, we have to learn it all by our own. There are two sessional exams in middle of every semester conducted by college itself and one final exam at the end of semester conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University.

NIT Hamirpur- The campus that feels like heaven.

Placement Experience:

Students from 7th sem are eligible for placements. The highest package offered last year was 1.7 CPA. Around 80% of the students get placed here.Companies like Amazon, Samsung,Paytm,TCS, IBM, Infosys,Oracle, Accenture, Bloomberg etc often visit here.

Placement Experience:

Usually in 4th year several companies approach the college for hiring the students. There's a good placement rate every year for the college. Average salary package of the college last year went upto 6.5LPA .Further students are hired accordingly to their performance in the interview.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had completed a diploma in civil engineering that's why I was looking for a college to do my degree. The overall experience here was not on the good side due to many reasons. First, you'll find many teachers who'll come and teach here for 6 months and leave. So the quality of teaching cannot be assured since teachers are changing almost every semester. Exams and midterms were held timely even if they haven't taught you anything about a particular subject.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good the best placement is of the CSE branch. The Average package is about 5-6 lakh and the highest package is 20-25 lakh. It is all about your skills and the knowledge you have gained in your whole college life. Rest placement is good about 100-200 companies come every year.
