I like the various other extra curricular activities including clubs which help in overall growth of the students
I like the availability of teachers and most of the teachers are graduated from IIT's sob they have a very good teaching experience

Campus is not that much good our college boundaries are not confined , residents live inside the campus.
Infrastructure is of old model

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose mechanical Engineering because of opportunities in the government sector specially in assam in oil ,ongc and other PSU's.the faculty to student ratio is 1:4which is good.some teachers are really awesome in their field but some are weak in their practical fields.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 15200 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We can avail course internships from 3rd semester.OIL gives internship opportunities for core branch students.we can other internships of different colleges IIT's,NIT's which help in the growth of a student

Placement Experience :

Students from the 3 rd become eligible for sitting in placements .big companies namely infoysys oil ongc Amazon ambuja cement aquagreen dish network technologies visit our campus for recruitment.in 2022 around 90% students are placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For taking admission into my college I paid an amount of 15200 for college and other 15000 as hostel fees.as a government college the fees structure is decent enough.we can avail one of scholarships under nsp ..

Campus Life :

Our college has an annual fest name pyrokinesis which is held in end of February or in the start of may in this fest there are various programmes tech fest ,robowars, cultural nights,dj nights.there are various fantastic novels in our library and books of great writers are also there.college week includes various sports namely cricket, football, volleyball basketball kabaddietc

Hostel Facilities :

Our hostel is a new hostel for the juniors or 1st semester students.in one room there can be 2 students,there are two fans ,two tubelights,two selfs two beds.registration process is so simple and affordable.but our location of the hostel is not good it is much far from our college.mess food is worst

Hostel Fee : INR 15000 per year

Admission :

For taking admission into .y college there was an entrance exam named CEE,the process for to applying for it was very simple and easy and the cutoff was also fallen this year for my college.my rank was 258 so I easily get admitted

Crisp college experience

Placement Experience:

Placements in this college is quite decent . Students are eligible to sit for placements at the start of 4th year The average placement percentage was 90 percent last year with max package of 52lpa and average of 16lpa (for cs) .Among core branches , the mech department is quite good offers good packages and also have great faculties .

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Placement Experience:

Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest was 7 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA and the average is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Vodafone, Jio etc. Our college provides better placements compared to other private colleges.

How is it like to be a student of The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've been enthusiastic about exploring more about software and programming which influenced me to choose the course of Computer Science Engineering. With further development of artificial intelligence, it opens up better learning and job opportunities for students. In my university, computer science is taught by experienced teachers and faculty but it would be better if they were more inclusive of certain topics which are extremely important for the students and raising the level of teaching including practical learning and understanding and also examining the student's capability is one of the aspects to be included.
