Kashmir University Reservation
Kashmir University provides reservations to SC/ ST category candidates and students under different categories. Out of total seats, 67% of seats are filled through Open merit category candidates. Kashmir University Result
The university conducts term-end examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Students can check the results of their respective courses by visiting the official website of the university. The notification for results is published on the official website and students must check it on a regular basis to get the latest updates. Kashmir University Scholarship
Kashmir University provides various scholarships under different categories to deserving candidates. The university offers three different scholarships mentioned below:
- Merit Scholarship: Two merit holders in any course are eligible for 2 merit scholarships. It is granted on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test. Students enrolled in the final year of M.A./M.Sc/M.Com can avail scholarship on the basis of merit scored.
- Research Scholarship: There are four scholarships in each department that are awarded for carrying out research leading to the award of Ph.D./ M.Phil degrees. In addition, they will also receive a grant for meeting miscellaneous expenses annually.
- Student Aid: It is financial assistance offered to meritorious students who come from low-income groups. The university also provides assistance to students with a poor economic background with preference being given to students who are orphans.

The University of Kashmir does offer a 4-year B.Sc. Nursing program, but it's available through the Institute of Nursing located at the South Campus (Fatehgarh, Anantnag), not the main Srinagar campus. You must have done 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) + English. The fees are INR 65,000-77,800 annually for B.Sc. Nursing at KU South Campus.
