Course Curriculum Overview :

Our daily Life electricity is very necessary without electricity we can't survive so ,I choose Electrical Engineering Second thing is that After Electrical In Diploma I will be able to eligible to various types of Government nd Non -government Exam /jobs ,such like - SSC JE, LOCO pilot , NTPC etc... 30 : 300 (faculty members nd students ratio are respectively ) Qualification of faculty members PHD & M.tech All faculty members are very polite nd very responsible Thank u !!!

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 49600 per year

Placement Experience :

Avg placement is 2k Placement ratio is good 5th sem students eligible for campus placement Amazon, Wipro,TCS, campaign etc Approax 70 -80 % students gets placement Some students higher studies After diploma B.tech

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Sem wise fees structure per sem approax 20,000 If u are Financially week then per sem 18,000 will be less but show EWS certificate nd another no any Different types of West Bengal Government scholarships nd central govt scholarships available WB govt scholarships like: Swami Vivekananda, Kanya shree (for girls only) etc.... Campus jobs available

Campus Life :

GNIT campus is very glorious,specially those students are want to Carrier in sports field . Tech fest conducted at May -june Fully AC classrooms Ragging free college cause Anti -ragging committee is very strict

Admission :

Eligibility of diploma lateral students is 10+2 either 10 + 2 year (ITI)in minimum 45% and reserved category 40% Entrance exam : VOCLET (For Lateral in Diploma Engineering 2 year) You can collect admission form to GNIT kolkata admission cell One time application fees nd 1 St sem fees is total = 34000 Last date of application is generally mid nd last week of August 10 % sheet is management quota, you can take direct admission in MQ but fees will be differ comparison to Entrance Exam through candidates If u are EWS candidates then per semester 1800 will be less Thank you !!!

Actually i am doing diploma from this clg from 10 so if i get any job after this diploma course then i will be doing a job at my very youngest age, and after that if i persue to do higher studies like btech in lateral entry then it will be beat as i have sone btech there will be many common subjects, topics, practicals etc, and there is very higher chance to get a very good job in a very big company, as i am experienced employee in a different company and done diplom..

Great college for diploma in West Bengal

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

Placements are below average. Since 3-4 companies only arrived at our college and average package was 2-3 lakhs per annum. I got placed in a startup company "Underscore Technology Private Limited", who was providing 16-18k per month for Front end developer role. But due to higher studies, I declined the offer.

After 4th semester, companies will be coming to our campus for job opportunities, There will be 5 to 6 companies coming each year at least... They will take written tests also interviews before selection... The highest package after doing an internship for 1.5 years a student can get 12-13lpa. The company which offers this facility is called "Thoughtworks". 40-50% of students will be getting placements. Depending on their knowledge and quality. Though I plan to do BTec after this.
