Very hard syllabus and sufficiently low time for preperation
Market is very far from campus and we have to book public transport for very small task

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because of the 100% placement and this course was provided by IIT which is very much prestigious and all the professor are also well, they teach us the basics of research and stuff

Class Size : 84Course Fees : INR 1200000 per year

Placement Experience :

We have a very good placement cell with 100% placements in some branches and avg. salary is over 15 lacs and we got offers from 7th Sem and company like amazon google meta also visited with a good sum of salary

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The maximum cost was due to the hostel and food but we get a very good scholarship and also the facility is also nice but actually the fee is very high and we have to take a loan for that purpose. I got a merit cum scholarship

Campus Life :

We have a very fun life on campus apart from academics we have an annual fest known as ZEitgeist and Cultura, Arohan as sports and Advitiya as a science fest at the campus. Also the class are very luxurious and well-ventilated with sufficient space and good internet connectivity

Hostel Facilities :

We have a good well sufficiently spaced room and the room has 1 fan 1 cupboard 1 bed i study table and 1 chair also, it is well lit and didn't have any problem for study and also security is also well maintained in the hostel

Hostel Fee : INR 13500 per year

Admission :

I cracked JEE advance and I got really good marks But I want to learn CSE that's why I Preferred branch over college and I got help from JoSSAA as a counselling facility. All the details I got are from the Jossa site which was responsible for my admission process and all

The best out of best about iit ropar

Placement Experience:

From the third semester students become eligible for the placement like internships and main placements start at fourth year. companies like Wipro, HCl , Zomato, swiggy, Google, etc many companies visit our college and many offer have been made to the students. In the last year the highest package was 86 lakhs offered and average package over all branches was 22 lakhs per annum.and the last year almost 76 Percent of the applied students have got placed and my plans after getting the degree is to do a good job in a very big mnc

Placement Experience:

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for the campus internships offered by companies, that provide placements after completion of the course. In the 7th semester students who have the skills, got placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, TCS Ninja, etc The highest package offered in our university is 13.50 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. About 80% of the students got placed last year in our university. My senior told me how he got placed in TCS private limited company and assured me that I will get placed too.

Almost everything you need to know before joining about Gulzar Group of Institutes

Placement Experience:

Here the placements are fine but it also depends on students too as you can start internship from 2nd year but there is attendance issue for that you need to contact to your respective HOD's. The placements start from I think the 6th sem I am not sure but maybe or 7th but many good companies come to campus but students can also apply off campus companies too. Some company's names are listed as I know:- Amazon,Paytm,Godrej, Tech Mahindra, HCl, Wipro, etc. I am not sure about the highest and lowest package but I think the Highest package is 4 to 5 lakh . The overall percentage of students getting placed is 80% to 85% according to me. My plan is too first get the internship till 4th to 5th sem and then will sit in placements or apply for off campus if didn't got satisfied with the companies that came after I will get the job and for few years will do the job until I get I want and then I will plan about something as I want to get.

See like in final year here everyone goes into placements. And it's not up to mark because here if your in CSE IT or ECE you get placed at3-3.5 lakh per annum .but opportunities have raised in recent years production engineering student got a placement of 15 lakhs per annum and this year Flipkart arrived and gave a placement of 13lakhs last year Samsung have a placement of 12 lakhs byjus gave 10 lakhs placement. if you are in core and want to get hired for tech companies then you need to take notes courses and learn to code. And almost 70-80% students get placed but if the placement is low then it's of no use if you're re in civil or mechanical engineering then you may find the gate results are fair enough for a college. Civil and mechanical are the best branches in the college andy plan is to join Indian army after Engineering.
