Remarks :

college management should take care of students rather than just imposing rules to make this college best in the world.

Entrance Preview :

IIT-JEE, i wanted to do engineering and its the best institute in the country thats why i opted for it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The process is good specially the branch i study in i.e. mathematics and computing its a mixture of computer science and mathematics. I got to learn coding and the mathematical part is mainly abstract mathematics which focuses on algebra, financial, algorithms etc which is good.

Internships Opportunities :

Our college call various companies on campus which take us for the special work according to their needs. yah they also provide general stipend for that.

Placement Experience :

It is quite good. When you are saying about iit Delhi , this is one area which makes them one of the best. The companies come on campus like last year around 100 different profiles were open for us by different companies where we can apply. big companies like Samsung, oracle Facebook, google visit our college.

College Events :

Various activities goes on campus round every weekend. For sports there is inter- iit, then for cultural rendezvous is done in October. It is the biggest cultural fest in north-India. it is 4 day long and man students far away from Delhi come to attend that. Dance competition , debating, quizzing etc goes on throughout the semester. literary is also organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Institute fees is around rs 50000 per semester and hostel fees is around rs 17000 which seems a lot less expensive than other engineering colleges around. for many poor students it is quite expensive which is obvious but still there are many loan opportunities for that and many scholarships are also there to compensate that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

i haven't availed any good scholarship / loan facility offered by our college but my friend have taken loan from sbi in iit delhi and he says rate of interest is quite low.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio is 2:20 which is quite poor if we compare with other great colleges around the world. Diversity is good still students like socialize and mix -up which is quite good. extra curricular activities like debating, quizzing etc goes on throughout the semester.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are one of the areas where iit Delhi quite lacks. Food qualities we all heard about the mouse incident as how a dead mouse was found in a chutney in breakfast. Living conditions are not good. Still we are not provided with WiFi in 2017 and have to use lan.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

I don't know much about that but from my friends i have heard that they are helpful and for senior students as helpful very much.

Exam Structure :

Exam structure is quite hectic. We are allotted four days where our minors(in simple language fa's are done). In spite of how many exams we have these should be done in 4 days. Like this semester i m giving 4 exams in 1 day which is more than a person can bear.

Admission :

I was in 11th standard when i started preparing for iit - jee through coaching center. I prepared well for iit jee and i appeared for the exam in the year 2013. I got a decent rank 501 then have to go through the online process. Few days were given for the choice filling according to rank wise to which branch and which college i wanted to opt for. Then after 3 round of counselling i was called for various paper checking like my 10th mark sheet and 12 th mark sheet and after this whole procedure i got the admission.

Faculty :

The faculty of our department specially is not up to the mark. Yah of course some faculty are good, understand students but some faculties like we see in movies are mainly rude and don't care about the student. we mainly have to study by our self as the delivery by the faculties of the particular subject is not quite good.

Placement Experience:

placement stats of nsut are very good . big mnc like faang came here to recruit students on basis of their skill sets . av package of nsut is 15 lac and every branch has its own good placement stats here . if there will be no placement offered through the college then definitely i would persue further studies .

Small campus but great opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The placements can happen in 3rd year too but mostly in 4th year. Most of the placements is by mass recruiter companies like TCS. Percentage of overall students getting placements would be approx 60% since most don't hit the CGPA requirement (approx because this data is not public). The highest placement was by Microsoft, Amazon and others, 52 LPA, 45 LPA, 44 LPA, though these were off campus. My plans would be to build my resume in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th college years and then get the degree issued by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Nsut has good labs... And supportive teachers to learn the real life application of concepts,and you will have labs every week and you lab teacher will have 30 marks out of your 100 marks , that will depend on your viva, and labs practicals performed and mainted lab file.

Delhi Technological University Good/Bad? Let's check this out!!

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in my college especially for cs/it and se packages are great. Core companies are less comparatively but there is also good no. of jobs. Top recruiters are Google, Samsung, epic, cisco, Microsoft, IOCL, BHEL, IAF, Indian Navy. During this pandemic visiting companies are less like google didn't come for placements. In software branches, 95-97 percent of students are easily placed. Core branches are on the weaker side in this college. Around 450 companies come every year for placements and internships and easily 700-800 students get jobs. The highest package offered was around 45 lakhs and the average was 12 lakhs. I plan to get a job at the college itself.

Best Average College

Placement Experience:

After the 6th-semester student is eligible to take a participant in campus placement. There are various companies are comes for the placement but there are quite small. One big company Maruti Suzuki come here for placement which is the most highlighting. The highest package is 8 lpa and the average is around 3-4 LPA. After getting 70% you are eligible to participate in every company. I am prepared for software companies.

Remarks:

It is among the top 4 colleges of Delhi. It is a govt college. The on campus placemente are great, with an average package of 12 lacks. The faculty is great. The environment, u name the society we have it in our college, and all of them are well known and have performed really well.

Placement Experience:

IGDTUW has good placements with companies like Accenture, Nestle, Uber, Tata Motors, TCS, Expedia, Dell, and Cisco visiting the campus. The placement records show that the institute is growing every year. In the year2019, the25companies visited the campus which recruited342students in including all the courses offered. The highest salary was recorded to be16 LPAin BTech and15 LPAin MTech.

Remarks:

The Placement of our university is commendable with our students placed at big tech companies like Microsoft, Goldmann Sachs, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart. Also situated in the heart of old Delhi, we have quite good campus life. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced, being graduates of colleges and universities like DTU, IITs etc. Being an all girls University, it is the most popular choice for the companies to hire women tech force for their companies offering them respectable salary packages. The average salary packages offered here is approx 11 lacs.
