Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is fantastic. the faculty members are super supportive. The classroom is well-equipped. The lab facilities are best, particularly in the civil department. The staff is supportive and the infrastructure is the best.

Class Size : 170Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Various opportunities are available from the first year itself. The student just needs to showcase their expertise in a field. The projects are going on in every department on a large scale. One must stay attentive

Placement Experience :

Placements are awesome particularly in upper branches like cs, it. dsai,ee The average package is about 20 lpa For lower branches, the avg. The package is about 12-13 lpa. The placement percentage is about 80-90

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is just like any other college. They provide benefits for economically weaker sections. there is a 100 per cent fee waiver for sc st students. Campus jobs are ample .one just needs to approach seniors.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is very good There are many cultural fests out of which Thomson and cognizance are the biggest ones. Well-known performers perform here. The club culture is awesome There is a club for each and everything

Hostel Facilities :

The mess facilities are not up to the mark .but still they are manageable. The rooms are small but provided with almost all the basic facilities. The pg is available outside the campus. But hostels are still preferred above them.

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

It takes admission through jee advanced exam. It is a 4-year course. The fee is 3 lpa. The admission process is through josaa and done through online counselling. We get admission letters from the college after completing counselling.

Honest review on GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

Placement Experience:

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
