Course Curriculum Overview :

IIT Delhi EE is one of the best electrical departments in the qs rankings. The faculty is highly qualified and proficient in their subject. Most of them have got their Phd from reputed insititutions both abroad and in India. The faculty student ratio is among the best in this course.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Major comapneis include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Quantbox, Quadeye, Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc. These companies offered roles including but not limited to a software developer, quant researcher, trader, consultant, analyst, product manager, etc.

Placement Experience :

IIT Delhi attracts the attention of the best recruiter in town! You'll get enough opportunities to get into any field you like it may or may not be the field your major is in. All tech and non-tech companies that have their operations in India do visit the campus plus quite a few international companies also seek to take the unparalleled talent of IIT Delhi to their headquarters! Almost everyone who sits in the placement bags an offer. The highest package goes to 2cr+ while the average being around 15-20lac

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

A fee hike takes place approx every 3-4 years though the fee hike is usually not abrupt. There are ample scholarship opportunities available for students both on merit and means basis though the number of scholarships on a means basis is much larger in number. IIT Delhi provides special fee assistance for those with annual income less than 5lac and 1lac per annum.

Campus Life :

IIT Delhi boasts to host the best fest in north India which is Rendezvous. The social life however depends more on the individual but still, it is the most exciting and vibrant experience one could have in his lifetime. Classrooms, libraries, sports ground, and cultural and technical clubs are well equipped with all the facilities and provides a host of opportunities for every student on campus.

Admission :

We had to give jee advance for admission. To be eligible you must have passed grade 12th with more than 75% marks. To apply for jee advanced go to its website which changes every year depending on the iit that is hosting the paper of that year.

Small campus but great opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The placements can happen in 3rd year too but mostly in 4th year. Most of the placements is by mass recruiter companies like TCS. Percentage of overall students getting placements would be approx 60% since most don't hit the CGPA requirement (approx because this data is not public). The highest placement was by Microsoft, Amazon and others, 52 LPA, 45 LPA, 44 LPA, though these were off campus. My plans would be to build my resume in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th college years and then get the degree issued by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Delhi Technological University Good/Bad? Let's check this out!!

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in my college especially for cs/it and se packages are great. Core companies are less comparatively but there is also good no. of jobs. Top recruiters are Google, Samsung, epic, cisco, Microsoft, IOCL, BHEL, IAF, Indian Navy. During this pandemic visiting companies are less like google didn't come for placements. In software branches, 95-97 percent of students are easily placed. Core branches are on the weaker side in this college. Around 450 companies come every year for placements and internships and easily 700-800 students get jobs. The highest package offered was around 45 lakhs and the average was 12 lakhs. I plan to get a job at the college itself.

Best Average College

Placement Experience:

After the 6th-semester student is eligible to take a participant in campus placement. There are various companies are comes for the placement but there are quite small. One big company Maruti Suzuki come here for placement which is the most highlighting. The highest package is 8 lpa and the average is around 3-4 LPA. After getting 70% you are eligible to participate in every company. I am prepared for software companies.

Remarks:

It is among the top 4 colleges of Delhi. It is a govt college. The on campus placemente are great, with an average package of 12 lacks. The faculty is great. The environment, u name the society we have it in our college, and all of them are well known and have performed really well.

Placement Experience:

IGDTUW has good placements with companies like Accenture, Nestle, Uber, Tata Motors, TCS, Expedia, Dell, and Cisco visiting the campus. The placement records show that the institute is growing every year. In the year2019, the25companies visited the campus which recruited342students in including all the courses offered. The highest salary was recorded to be16 LPAin BTech and15 LPAin MTech.

Remarks:

The Placement of our university is commendable with our students placed at big tech companies like Microsoft, Goldmann Sachs, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart. Also situated in the heart of old Delhi, we have quite good campus life. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced, being graduates of colleges and universities like DTU, IITs etc. Being an all girls University, it is the most popular choice for the companies to hire women tech force for their companies offering them respectable salary packages. The average salary packages offered here is approx 11 lacs.
