Remarks :

Eligibility is PCM in 11th and 12th standard Just crack the jee main and jee advanced exams. According to your rank in jee advanced you got the seat in respective colleges. In IITs, you got the admission through jee advanced exam only.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this because I am interested in it. The ratio is 1:180 students in one batch Faculty are of PhD level Exams are moderate and if you even fail in exam you are able to give that exam in your final year.

Class Size : 180Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Mainly this depends on your computer skills like ( coding, and editing ). And the companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Hcl etc and some others are start-ups companies. After interns, you may get a job as well after good references.

Placement Experience :

In the third year, students are interested in placements, but they get into the final year. Most students get into UPSC preparation and some get admission to the MBA programs. The percentage of students getting placement is high.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee is around 2,50000/-. The opportunities for getting scholarship and campus jobs is high. The companies provide a good quality job with a stipend as well. The scholarship is given according to the criteria.

Campus Life :

The annual fest name is THOMPSON, which is conducted in the month of October. Every book is available in the central library. Sports and other extracurricular activities are conducted from time to time. The best part of the fest is DJ night

Hostel Facilities :

Fan, bed, studying table with chair is available in the room, with light as well. The different hostel has their own mess. The quality of the food is very good. Many hostels are there, no need to take pg for rent.

Honest review on GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
