Remarks :

Its admission is done through the NIMCET Entrance exam. Eligibility for this course is 400 to 600 rank. The application form is available at nimcet.in and its registration starts from around April every year.

Course Curriculum Overview :

After doing B.Sc in computer science Hons, this is the best professional course for computer science students. Here student strength is 106 and teachers are fewer but we have TA assigned to every 10 students. Faculty are very good, they guide you in achieving your goals.

Class Size : 106Course Fees : INR 88500 per year

Placement Experience :

After the 4th semester, you are eligible for campus placement. The highest package given/offered is 46 lakhs a year and the average is around 12 to 16 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placement is above 85 %.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the first semester, the fees are 88500 including mess advance for the semester and after the first semester, they decreased by 12,000. So onwards second semester the will be 76500. There are plenty of companies available for internships and jobs.

Campus Life :

Kalash is the annual fest of the college and is conducted around mid-February to march. There are lots of books and journals available in the library. URJA is the sports annual event/fest. In this fest, several sports games are conducted.

Hostel Facilities :

Single rooms are provided for boys in which they have a single bed, a chair and a table. For girls, a room is given to their girls. A closet is also available and an attached balcony. The meal quality is average. The registration process is easy and hostels is affordable.

Hostel Fee : INR 16000 per year

BIT Mesra MCA reality

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are really good in bit mesra. Top MNCs such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon recruit from here. Highest package is 52 LPA. Average package in 12 LPA. Most of the students get placed, around 92%.

Honest review of NIT JSR

Placement Experience:

If you are a Btech student then you are eligible for an internship from the V semester and placement from the VII semester and for MCA you are eligible for placement from the V semester. Companies like Amazon, Sarotech, Samsung, Amdocs, Genpact, and Deloitte visited the college every year. the highest package of NIT Jamshedpur is 80LPA and the lower is 6 LPA, more than 90% of students get placed every year. I am also preparing for my placement and am not interested in higher studies.
